Christie was great to work with, very accommodating. Nice neighborhood, with beautiful views. The house had plenty of room for the whole family. Loved the game room. The kids totally want an asteroid arcade now!

My family and I stayed here for our Christmas Vacation and it was perfect for us. Had so many beds to choose from and had a great cozy cabin feel. The place was very spacious and the views were beautiful. Thank you so much for letting us stay here and giving us great instructions for our stay.

Wonderful space. Nicely appointed, with tasteful decor, great views from the master bedroom and main living area. The home had thoughtful touches throughout; a true Airbnb. The home was spacious, homey, clean and inviting. Plenty of space, and direct access to the river. Ryan, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The neighbor we spoke with on the morning we left was friendly. We will plan to come back in the summer with the family for some fishing and cooling off in the river.

We have stayed here about 4 years in a row now. They have made some lovely improvements. A few things quit working at the house during our stay but the hosts were very responsive and we were able to sort it out. We also had an unfortunate car problem and they were very flexible with us. Would highly recommend staying here! Short walk to the water and a very comfortable home for our family.

This was our second time staying at Adams home and it was just like we remembered...wonderful! The house is in the perfect location, it was clean when we arrived, check in was very smooth (even got to check in a little earlier than expected) and the responses were great when we needed them. We did encounter a few hiccups such as the washer machine not working, and the breaker kept going in and out, but it was not a big deal at all. The home and accommodation beat any hiccups that came our way. Thank you Adam for allowing our family to create amazing family memories in your home and at Lake Shasta!

Amazing cabin, the amenities are more than great and the amount of equipment, gear and other things to keep you entertained is amazing. We loved the place and the whole family felt like at home.

The house is in secluded location near small river (called Sacramento). Cozy and old fashioned cabin inspired by fishing theme. We had kids, which occupied second floor with plenty of space and beds. Large kitchen with lots of kitchen ware and utensils. Good place if one wants to escape in nature. Sylvia was responsive and quick to resolve any questions

It is such a nice neighborhood, very quiet with very pleasant neighbors. The view from the back deck was very calming in the evening. No issues at all. The space is quite roomy with great furniture and every amenity you could want. Host was welcoming and easy to communicate with.

Lea's place was perfect for a quick getaway. It is was centrally located to fit our needs (between the nature-Mossbrae and McCloud Waterfalls and the city-Redding). You instantly feel at home due to the decor and well stocked kitchen. Our family loved going to Basshole Brews and the little market had everything we forgot to grab in Redding. The tub in the Master Bathroom is a must after a long day of exploring and our daughter thought she had her own hot tub. We will definitely be back!

Awesome place to stay; great cabin in the woods!

Perfect place for a getaway trip in a nice location . Cabin comes with all essentials and kitchen is stocked up with everything . Definitely recommend for others to stay here .

I believe we were the first to stay in the cabins in a while; they had some bug problems and spider webs everywhere. Everything else was great though! Also, it is a cabin in the woods... so bugs. No big deal. Host was great and came to greet us to make sure we got situated well and showed us where the office was if we needed anything. Overall it was a great time and a great place!
