The surrounds were beautiful, deck lovely for morning coffee. The home was well equipped and comfortable. Could not ask for more. Would love to return.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Lots of sleeping room, clean, and exactly as advertised. The HOA rules make it a challenge for those of us who are not used to living in a regulated community. But it was not an issue for our winter stay.

A great stay for my family of six. 20 min access to ski at Waterville Valley and Loon Mountain. House was clean, warm, and easy to access. Quiet and remote, but a handful of restaurants are reachable within a 10-15 min drive.

We had a great weekend in Alton at Liz’s place. Liz was super responsive in the weeks leading up to our trip - and the house exceeded our expectations. Definitely the highlight of our summer.

We had a great stay at Julia and Peter's place! Home was cozy, ample room for teens, kids and adults to have their own space, etc. House exceeded expectations from pictures and description. Very clean, and easy to get to North Conway, Jackson, etc. Love that it was on a beautiful hillside with views and in a peaceful area. Would definitely stay again!

The house is perfect for a family with privacy in each room with a beautiful view and with many activities to do.

Tom is honest, a great communicator and super responsive. The property is exactly how it is described. The place was spotless, has plenty of space/storage and easy to find.

Absolutely perfect! Peaceful and beautiful surroundings! Roomy and clean and had everything you could need. Loved the windows and the views from the windows! Harry and Bonnie were just the right around of friendly; they were nice and interacted with us but not at all intrusive! WiFi worked great but I really enjoyed not having a tv, we sat around in the evening having a glass of wine and playing games. Our daughter recently moved to the area so we would definitely love to stay at the cottage again!

Comfortable stay in a beautiful location. Heidi's was exactly what we expected and good value. The views in pretty much every direction from her home are just stunning this fall and we loved stepping outside each morning by quiet Opechee Lake. Our Labrador had a great time too with lots of space to run around.

Not a negative word I can say. Ace was attentive, always checking in and the place felt like a home away from home. Will stay here again anytime I am in the area. Bonus for being pet friendly. Right in the middle of town, walking distance to all. Perfect stay! Check in was super easy as picked the key up at the main property across the street. Thanks Ace!!

Absolutely fantastic historic apartment in downtown! Easy walk to the cafes and small businesses. Parking was free from 9pm to 8am so easy overnight parking. Even gave us a free wine bottle in thw frodge waiting for us after a long drive. Can't day enough great things!

Korene’s place was perfect. She had everything you could think of, even a step stool and some toys for my toddler to use. The location is great, as it is very walkable to downtown or to many parks/ playgrounds.

What a great weekend getaway. The apartment is cozy with lots of big windows so you can see the farm and cows from inside with the wood stove going, the hosts are so friendly and so are the cows! My group had a blast getting to feed the cows, and meet/brush/sit on Bleu, their big guy! Thank you so much!

Perfect stay for us . We were able to ski as well as watch movies on the Roku tv during some windy , cold weather . Comfortable beds . Electric fireplace made the living area very cozy . We were able to visit family in the area and continue on to Ice Castles a bit north . We will be back when we can . Plenty of storage for bulky ski jackets and pants in coat closet . Didn’t use the washer and dryer but definitely would if we stayed longer . Thanks Tracy and Ryan . Ps very attentive snow removal during quite a storm. Also reached out to let us know they had some backup power ready to run the fridge and heat just incase. Super hosts indeed .

Caitlin and her adorable space were amazing! My friend/assistant trainer and I stayed two nights for the weekend to go to a continuing education dog training conference in Ossipee, only 25 minutes away. The host does not typically allow dogs; however, they were ADA compliant and had no issue allowing my friend/assistant’s well-trained service dog. Other accommodations in the area did give us a hard time, so we chose this space for many reasons, including the host’s welcoming attitude.

We booked a stay at Vicky and Michael's place for the eclipse, and was pleasantly surprised with how clean the place was. It has a welcoming, cozy cabin feel and you instantly relax once you enter. Vicky and Michael are communicative, accommodating hosts and are flexible with check-in times. They also go out of their way to check on their guests and proacively offer suggestions to enhance the stay. I highly recommend considering a stay.
