Living here temporarily on blackout dates so most common supplies are full and available to use. No outside watercraft of any kind without approval. No motors allow. There are kayaks here to use for free. This is a private lake and we care a lot about our neighbors and the lake and keeping it a slice of Heaven

The lake house is located on a no-wake lake, making it ideal for swimming, fishing, and paddleboarding. The house also has a kayak and canoe available for guests to use. Cozy cottage that is nestled in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The four main restaurants on the lake are all within walking distance(5-10 minutes) from the cottage. A full playground is located across the street. Private pier access on Lake Wawasee is an easy three minute walk. The pier is large enough for 5-6 people to lay out on. The cottage has A/C units located upstairs and downstairs. The cottage sleeps six people via one queen bed, one pull out couch, and one futon.
