Stairs down to the river. You can fish right off the banks. 1 hour and 15 minutes from Grand Rapids, 40 minutes to Ludington.

In the summer cool off in the AC after visiting the beach. Relax around the fire pit and enjoy the 6 burner gas grill.

The local residents are deer, bear & squirrels. No WiFi(yet), but we have two TVs with local channels. Fire Pit and outside grill.
