Jaime's home was great and matched their listing page to the T. The house sets in a beautiful location of Badin Lake, within a cul-de-sac and was very quiet. Nothing negative to write about our stay and definitely recommend! May revisit in the future. 😊

My family of 5 stayed here for a long weekend. The rooms are really big and there is plenty of room. The neighborhood is extremely quiet! It is very well decorated and in great shape. We have friends that have a house on the lake and they were very impressed with the amount of space. I didn't have to look far for my wife, because I knew she was on the screened in porch! Our kids wanted us to sell our house and buy this one! Town is close enough for everything you need! 10 out of 10 would recommend! Jessica was very responsive via text message! Great Host!

It was everything that was described in the listing. We really enjoyed it. Ranin was very nice and friendly. We would recommend it to anyone interested. If we go back to North Carolina we will be staying there.

Stayed while taking the little guy to Polar Express. Had a great long weekend and was an easy 25 min to the train. Coldest night of the year and loved it. Would recommend arriving during the day but we managed at night. Looking forward to visiting again in warmer months.

Nice and responsive hosts! Lots of seating options with great views, well stocked with necessities. Large water filtration in fridge was super nice and supplies available making it easy to start a fire for s’mores!

Thanks everything was great from me asking how far you were from the location of our event for the weekend. To me and my family making memories. It’s hard to make memories with adult children in the start of their careers but this home allowed my husband and myself to make those memories. From myself and my youngest being able to open the windows and talk to my husband and my oldest down on the dock fishing and my grandpup watching his mom and pop pop fish with granny and auntie. So thank you for opening up your home to us. It’s definitely worth the money!

Had a great stay at the lake. Right on the water so the views were amazing, the house felt bigger than I thought, on a dead end road so very quiet at least in the winter and only about 10-15 to get to town for supplies. Would stay again.

We were on the hunt for a quiet, serene spot with a lakefront view to celebrate Valentine's Day, and this place was perfect for us! 😊 Even though the weather wasn't the best, we still had an amazing time and were super happy with everything it offered. John is an awesome host and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We'd absolutely love to return in the summertime and fully enjoy the lake! 🌞🏖️

Jane was wonderful to communicate with. Our stay was amazing, and she was very accommodating to our needs or requests even prior to booking. She had everything you need, plenty of sleep space, and CLEAN! If you need a nice peaceful weekend getaway, dont hesitate to book!

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s apartment on the lake. The check-in process was easy and the accommodations were very comfortable, making it a perfect home away from home. The amenities were excellent, providing everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. A special touch was the delicious banana bread we enjoyed for breakfast (complimentary) and the amazing dinner Kim prepared for us (ordered for a very reasonable price). The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning lake view, which offered a peaceful and serene backdrop throughout our visit. We also had a blast kayaking on the lake. Kim was a great host, responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, it was the perfect getaway, and we would love to return in the future.

We had such a great time at Brad’s lake house! It felt spacious for our family of 4 and was just what we needed for a little spring break getaway. We spent a lot of time on the back deck and down by the water. Loved the blackout curtains to keep out the light when needed. Beds were comfortable. And of course, we enjoyed the kayaks and fire pit! A very peaceful getaway to spend time with our family. We will be back again! One thing I will mention…. Closest groceries stores are 30 min out! I would suggest getting food on your way in!

Great little place! Easy to get to, far enough out to be quiet but not too far from the main roads. It was nice to sit out on the swings and relax.

Very beautiful view, hopefully I get the chance to experience it in the summer months. I recommend it 100% 👌

We always love staying here:) Accommodations are as advertised. Easily sleeps 6+. Newly upgraded grill and dock. Responsive owner. MUCH cleaner than most "pet friendly" airbnbs... and the visiting dogs from next door are so friendly and polite. Best fishing we've found in NC!

We had such a wonderful time at Linda’s home! The spot couldn’t be more beautiful, we used the kayaks multiple times and my dog was very comfortable in her home. It’s well equipped with everything you could need to cook a meal, and the beds were all very comfortable. Would love to come back!
