Enjoy amazing views on Harris Brake Lake where kayaking, canoeing and fishing are fantastic for the whole family. My kids love the 70 foot zipline & tree swing. Sit in the deck chairs around the fire pit at sunset and listen to the great horned owls hooting on the lake's island. 5 kayaks, a canoe and fishing poles provided. Board games, card games and puzzles galore. 2 bedrooms sleep 6 easily with a queen bed and 4 twin bunk beds. Close to Petit Jean, Mt. Nebo, Pinnacle Mountain State Park

Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving.

The Little House

Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea from the comfort of a cozy cottage nestled on a wooded hillside. Tucked quietly behind our modern farmhouse residence, our guesthouse offers relaxed neighborhood vibes while being within minutes of downtown Hot Springs and all of the city's main attractions. Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She loves to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.

Petit Jean cabin with stunning view

Beautiful cabin on 10 acres with a large screened-in porch and stunning view of Ada Valley. Cabin has one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a loft with another king and a trundle bed (two twins), and a spacious, open kitchen and living area. Detached bunkhouse just 20 steps from main house--with 7 twin beds. Perfect for family reunions and/or two families. Decorated tastefully, with all amenities of home. Secluded, wooded setting would make a natural family getaway. Pets allowed.

Sunny Oaks Studio Apt.

Sunny Oaks is a fully furnished, artist inspired studio apartment with queen bed. It is located on the walkout level of our hillside guest house. It has an efficiency kitchen, 3/4 bath and private outside entrance, with a covered deck. A small electric fireplace with heater provides warm ambiance. This studio is perfect for a single traveler, Village visitor or remote worker. Couples will find it a cozy place to retreat from hectic life in the city. Age to book 25.

The River House (Hot Tub/River Front)

The River House is a modern river front cabin located just north of the historic town of Hot Springs. The cabin was designed for a romantic and memorable getaway for two adults or a small family. Come enjoy time together in the cabin nestled against the river. Large glass doors allow natural light in as well as breathtaking views of the river to be seen from inside the cabin. Spend endless hours enjoying the hot tub on the covered deck with river views.

Lakefront Retreat- The Oyster House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on Lake Desoto. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, boating, and paddle boarding right off your private deck. This property also features a private boat slip! Welcome to the Midtown Treehouse. My husband and I built and designed this 350sqft treehouse to be a peaceful retreat for our guests. The property is located behind our primary residence. Although this location is nestled among the trees you are only 2-3min drive from the Heights, where you can enjoy local restaurants and shops.
