Not only does San Augustine claim to be the oldest town in Texas, with the Mission Dolores Spanish mission built in 1721, the Historic Lewis Hotel and the Historic Jail, we sit right between the two most beautiful reservoirs, Sam Rayburn and Toledo Bend.

It has an inground, private pool, shady back porch with plenty of seating, spacious fenced-in yard, and it's right on the lake! There is also another home on property that is also airbnb rental and there maybe times its rented at same time. Located conveniently between Jackson hill and Townsend park boat ramps.
