The Lakeside River House

The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.

Unfortunately, the giant tub is not operational.

Tudor Farm Serenity Cottage

Experience the serenity of waking up on a horse farm while being just minutes to major attractions like the World Equestrian Center (4 miles), Silver Springs State Park (12 miles), and a multitude of other natural and fun attractions. This 521sq. ft. cottage was built in 2021 and has all the comforts and conveniences of being in your own home. Come relax amidst the oak trees and the surrounding horse pastures …or bring your own horse to board in a private pasture outside the cottage (extra).

Our property is located directly across from Lake Rousseau with a beautiful view of the lake. We are 12 min from downtown Dunnellon and downtown Crystal River. You can enjoy Rainbow River, Three Sisters & Hunter Springs with just a short drive . There is boat ramp access across the street with plenty of room for trailer parking on our property. Rainbow River is also accessible by boat from the property. Our brand new bungalow style home places you right in the middle of endless activities!

The Bungalows is the perfect destination for fun & rest with all the conveniences of an outdoor paradise! Enjoy FREE access to the Rainbow River via the KP Hole Park boat ramp. Our community center has life size games so you can challenge yourself or friends. Grill your catch on the outdoor grills or roast S'mores by the fire! Take a leisurely walk to the Dog area or take an afternoon nap in the hammocks. Bungalow K is a one bedroom, open floor plan w/ an inviting front deck seating area.
