The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle this is it!

You must be OK with horses (on 3 sides of the barn) and free roaming chickens.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

My 32' vintage, custom-built Airstream is a hidden gem in Urbandale, a neighborhood only 15 minutes from downtown that's filled with unique architecture, old trees, and multicultural flavor. This trailer feels like it's parked in a national forest, yet sits safely in my verdant backyard. Covered parking is removed from the road and secure. Come spend a couple of days among the trees! Spacious hidden gem just east of DT Dallas. Private entrance to this studio with private bathroom and all the amenities you could need. You’ll have full access to the pool and parking on site. I live onsite but because you have your own private entrance, you won’t see me at all unless you need something. 15 mins to DT Dallas where there is always something going on from concerts and comedy shows to amazing Texas food and activities.
