No additional fees! Wake up to the sounds and sights of a relaxing Adirondack stream in quaint, little Elizabethtown, NY. The building is in our backyard and the inside is roughly 10x12, with a queen size bed, dresser, a mini-fridge, coffee maker, outlets, a light inside and on the open porch, TV and heat/fan. Enjoy your morning coffee or read a book sitting by the fire. Please bring your own linens for the queen size bed and towels. Blankets for inside use provided. The shower/toilet are shared

Located in the center of Main St., on Mirror Lake, Below the Books, Beside the Lake is a lakefront, 2 BR, 1 bath. apt. We have a fully equipped kitchen, but if you don't feel like cooking, one of Lake Placid's busiest restaurants is located right next door. There is in-floor heat in the bathroom, a full-size washer and dryer and the bedrooms have wall-mounted AC. You will have your own private deck with gas grill, and access to Mirror Lake. House on Lake Flower close to Downtown. Close to the Ice Palace (Winter), Farmers Market (Summer/Fall), Rail Trail right near by (year round). Guests have access to the downstairs of the house. The upstairs is vacant (closed off). Picture windows offer views of Lake Flower, the mountains and downtown. The house is a short walk to town and restaurants. For holiday events, it’s a great location to watch firework displays. King bed, views, patio with grill, outdoor fireplace and sunsets.

A newly remodeled waterfront camp that is private and has a sandy beach area for swimming. Located up river from Lake Flower and before you get into Oseetah. 22 miles of boating and water leisure on the Saranac Lakes and Kiwassa. 2 bedrooms and a sleeping porch sleeps 5 or 6. The camp is small but cozy. A fire pit at waters edge is a perfect end to the night.

We are 5 minutes from Saranac Lake, 10 Minutes from Lake Placid, and 25 minutes from Whiteface. Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.
