It's in the Hillcrest area of Lake Placid, which is a quiet residential neighborhood in the center of town. Our cottage is our second home, lovingly decorated with Adirondack atmosphere. Seneca Loj is a beautiful, new Adirondack style cottage located directly across from Paradox Bay with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths & an open floor plan for the kitchen, dining and living room. There are French doors that lead to a 45 foot deck with a gas barbecue grill and a teak table with seating for 6 along with deck chairs. Dine on the deck overlooking Lake Placid Lake and Mckenzie Mountain while taking in magnificent sunsets displayed in front of you. A/C window units in bedrooms.

A 1900 farmhouse that has been in the family for generations. Recently renovated to accommodate up to 5 guests, it is clean with simple furnishings and a SPECTACULAR VIEW! Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.

For holiday events, it’s a great location to watch firework displays. King bed, patio with grill, outdoor fireplace and sunsets.
