Only 35 minutes to Schweitzer parking. Walking trails, skiing and golf nearby. Lots of wildlife. This unit is suited to people who enjoy outdoor recreation. Enjoy a backyard bonfire in the summer or drive the 9 mile stretch to ski Schweitzer mountain in the winter. This is a cozy space with all the amenities you will need. 5 min walk to restaurants, city beach, boat and kayak rentals. Sandpoint offers coffee houses and amazing shopping . The little Gem will fit 2 adults and a small child comfortably. But there is only a Queen bed and a small couch.

During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during the daytime.

For those traveling through the area, we are five minutes north of interstate 90 on the Idaho Washington border. Lots of wildlife including our puppy. There is a covered parking garage, a large patio area with a BBQ, and a fire pit. No charge for pets provided they are well behaved. Always, fresh farm eggs will be provided for you! We are located 13 miles north of Coeur d' Alene, and 10 minutes from Silverwood.
