3 magamistoaga maja koos kümblustünni, aurusauna, tavalise saunaga. Vaikne piirkond. 10 minuti autosõidu kaugusel Tartu kesklinnast. Majas on olemas saunarätikud 12-le. Kohvimasin täidetud ubadega. Nõud on 20-le inimesele. Väliköök, kus on grillimiseks kõik vajalikud tarvikud. Suitsuahi, bbq ahi ja tavaline grill. Olemas on korvpalli-, jalgpalli ja võrkpalliväljak(pallid on ka olemas). Mõnus lõkke tegemise koht. Metsas on matkarada. Maja küljel paikneb väike tiik, kus saab ujumas käia.

The energy saving house and was built in 2020. You have 60 m2 apartment in 2 foors with sauna and balcony. Kitchen and bedroom 1st floor and sauna with romantic relax room in the 2st floor . Onu Tommi onnikene on mõnus palkmaja, keset Karula Rahvuspargi rohelust. (Osa talu kompleksist.) Maja 2.korrusel on kaks laia põrandavoodit ning 1.korrusel voodi ühele. Lisaks kööginurgale majakeses on võimalik kasutada suurt välikööki talu hoovis, välidušši, lõkkeaset ja grilli.
