Lake Padden: soggiorni in cottage

We spent four days with our family at Ally’s beautiful cottage over Christmas. The place was pristine and had everything we needed. The location was so peaceful and quiet as well. Highly recommend this property and will go back!

We had a very nice stay in Shari's cottage. The house is exactly as the pictures show, and it was very clean when we arrived. Even if the house is not huge it was perfectly sized for a family of 4. The surroundings are very nice with scenic views from home on the mountains around. The entire property is secured and has good amenities (a playroom for kids, a gym, swimming pools, and even a pond if you wanna have a little stroll). Cultus lake and Lindell Beach is close even if it is best to go there by car rather than walking. Shari has been very responsive and we appreciated the equipment for young children since we have a toddler, and also the board games for winter nights in front of the chimney :) Would definitely recommend!

Great family spot near Cultus Lake. Amenities were fantastic for our family of 5. Lots to do if you want, but also great place to just relax and chill if that’s what you’re after. The cottage is exactly as described and seen in photos. Dainia is a wonderful host and went above and beyond - even mailing me a few items we forgot when we left. Thanks for a great stay!

What a fantastic place! From the view to the hot tub to the really great and well stocked space, we had an amazing stay here with everything that we needed. Even some toys for my toddler! This is a real gem and my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. I could spend days sitting in the sun room or on the deck watching the wildlife and the view. We will definitely be back! We were so happy when we drove up to Autumn's place. The surroundings are beautiful, and the location quiet and private. The home was spacious, the rooms perfect for our stay, the furniture comfortable (we loved the rocking chair!), the bedding was comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved watching the deer every morning and enjoyed all of the birds. We also loved being close to Moran State Park and Obstruction Pass Park. We didn't mind driving to town for supplemental grocery shopping - the Coop and town market are both very nice. We would love to stay here again and will certainly recommend it!

My husband and I decided to book something last min, and were so glad that we found this place!! This is one of the most amazing airbnb's I have ever seen, and the amenities are far superior than most places. The views are gorgeous and with the hot tub, it just gets better!! We really had the best time here. The host was always super responsive, and all the instructions were crystal clear. This is definitely one of my favorite airbnb homes. We are DEFINITELY going back to this HIDDEM GEM!!! The neighborhood was beautiful and lots of places to explore from here. Everything was TOP NOTCH.

Izabelas home was just as lovely as her ! Izabela always answered in a timely manner was happy to provide us with information on local things to do provided a safe clean beautiful cottage for our family and us to enjoy and make more memories. Her place was close to all amenities and even with the rain we enjoyed ourselves. One of our favorite family spots for the books ! Thank you for having us :)

My friends and I had a very pleasant stay. We were within driving distance of many fun activities and shops on the island. The house was clean and there was lots of seating. We took advantage of the hot tub, kitchen, and tv. I liked the big ottoman for playing games. Would stay again!

The North Beach Inn was the perfect stay for our trip to Orcas Island. Waking up to the beach in the morning and watching the wildlife like the seals and bald eagles was a nice way to start the day. We played the board games provided and had a wonderful fire on the beach. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this spot to my friends!

Beautiful views, great location, and a very clean house with a well-equipped kitchen. Everything we needed was provided which made it a very comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Would love to stay here again!

This little guest cottage exceeded all our expectations. The view is stunning from the front patio, which we had our coffee on every morning. Kitchen is pretty standard, though it’s always a bonus when it comes with a full sized refrigerator. Cottage was clean and organized, check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The host was very responsive and willing to help in anyway, extra recycling bins, local recommendations, I felt confident that she’d respond quickly should something come up.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family! The beach views are unmatched, and it was more than we expected! The small touches were also super appreciated, including the use of nonscented cleaners, my family has allergies and we were so happy the blankets and towels weren’t stinking of softener and such. We absolutely would love to stay here again!

We know the area well, so we chose this home for its ideal, centralized location near La Conner, the tulip fields, Anacortes, Mt. Erie, Deception Pass, numerous hiking trails, and, of course, the Shrimp Shack. The home’s standout feature is undoubtedly the head-on, unobstructed, low-bank waterfront view from both the living room and master bedroom. This view overlooks the wild, forested state park land of Hoypus Point and its neighboring islands, untouched by houses or lights. The photo of the living room doesn’t do it justice, as the southern exposure makes it much brighter and all seating that matches the rustic beach cottage decor feels new and in good condition. We were also pleasantly surprised by the good condition of the beds, the effective heating, and how thoughtfully stocked the home was. Lastly, the glowing reviews about Connie as a responsive, organized, and friendly host were absolutely spot on!

If you want a sweet little respite away from the rest of the world, this is an excellent spot. Cottage was squeaky clean and had gorgeous views of both water and mountains. The market was super helpful, and they have a great selection of VHS tapes and DVDs available to borrow for a blast from the past. Truly one of my favorite stays I’ve ever had.

Beautiful waterfront place, definitely worth to try here. Stayed one night with my dog, super comfortable bedroom, love the bed!

We had a great stay. Mimi was very helpful and responsive. The house had a lot to offer for a family—fenced yard, chickens, fish, and even an outdoor shower. The beach was easy to access and it was a beautiful spot. Our kids especially loved feeding the deer!

The cabin near Friday Harbor was cozy and comfortable. The location is stellar! Right on the water, you wake up and see the cove and all the sea animals and birds. We were there in the winter so it was very peaceful. Nice to be so off the beaten path yet very convenient to town and the various parks. Completely enjoyed it!

My first Airbnb experience was excellent. I hope future Airbnb stays will be nothing less, Eryn sets the bar very high! I spent 3 nights with 3 grandsons who loved The Shack as well. It felt very much like a home away from home with the cabin well stocked with everything we needed and more. Thank you, Eryn! And thank you to the cleaning lady who stocked the freezer with cold treats that the boys enjoyed on our arrival.

This is such a special place on the lake. Wonderful, serene setting that made for a truly special summer weekend by the water. The house is a comfortable, private place with a spacious kitchen. We loved eating our meals out on the deck watching the water and soaking in the sun. Amazing hiking is nearby at Agate Bay Preserve Larabee State Park.

Had a wonderful girls trip at Jane’s Airbnb! We were right on the water and got to see some beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the porch. Jane was thoughtful and surprised us with a little tote bag for our adventures. It was so cute, the kitchen was great to cook in and we appreciated all the movies on dvd!

CaraMia's beach cottage in Camano far exceeded our expectations. It was fantastic. Set on a couple of well-landscaped acres in an idyllic, peaceful, semi-rural area, it's a cozy beach-style cottage overlooking Port Susan on Camano Island. The views are great. It was easy to walk around the vicinity where there are even a few stables with horses and an alpaca or two. Yet the cottage is close to stores and restaurants a few miles in either direction. We brought our dog and spent the time walking, hiking, beachcombing and cycling around Camano Island while enjoying good food at nearby pubs and restaurants. I would highly recommend CaraMia's Camano Cottage! We'll definitely be back to visit in the future.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Windance Cottage during our visit to the San Juan Islands. The perfect location, the cottage is out of the hustle and bustle of Friday Harbour, but only a 15 minute drive into town, and easy access to the west side of the island, including a 5 minute drive up to Lime Kiln Point. The cottage is exactly as described, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even better is the view from the picnic table/chairs on the water, perfect for watching whales or just enjoying the skyline. We didn't see any whales from the cottage, but did the morning we left further up at Lime Kiln - I'm sure they passed the property as well! Also, Gregory and his wife were perfect hosts - helping us out when we had questions, and ensuring we had everything we needed. I only wish that we were able to stay longer - highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay! The house is in a fantastic location, just steps away from the lake, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was warm, cozy, and spotlessly clean. Highly recommend!
