Relax in this simple, open floor plan little house with an amazing view of the Ouachita river and mountains. 2 bedrooms, one bath, living area, and great outdoor patio over looking the river. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, fresh linens, and bath items. Can sleep 7, although it's most comfortable for a family of 4. There will be an extra fee per person. The cleaning for 6-7 people is $50, even for a short-term stay. pets are allowed for a $10 per trip, PER PET fee.

Just a short walk through the tree lined park is Hot Spring's Bath House Row and the vibrant arts, architecture, shopping, and dining on Central Avenue. Guests have access to the whole house. When the queen bed is not reserved, the second bedroom is set up as a parlour.

Atop a low mountain along Hwy 7N amidst Ouachita Mountains stands our two-level home where we live on the upper level. B&B area is a pleasant lower-level, 1400-sf walkout apartment with a separate, convenient entrance. Beautiful views abound and modern facilities await, including Internet access.
