Really great place. Clearly recently renovated and very clean. We were comfortable the whole time. Only downside is that you can hear people walking in the other Airbnb above you, but I knew that was going to happen.

The loft was lovely - the pictures don't do it justice. Top-of-the-line appliances, plenty of towels, blankets, cookware, and Wes was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place right near the historic downtown. Easy walk to anywhere. It’s a lovely building with four units (two on each floor), so there is noise from the neighbors as one would expect. It actually helped us out because we heard one neighbor talking about a light left on in a car outside and realized it was ours! The host is kind and easy to communicate with.

Spacious apartment with a big kitchen but several restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. The bed was comfy oh and the couch is great for an afternoon nap as well. Love the extra security of people having to know the code to get into the building.

Great diggs, but that being said-all I did there really was sleep there. At festival most of the time.

This apartment in Salisbury is my go-to every time I visit—and for good reason. The location is ideal: close to downtown restaurants, shops, and cafés, yet quiet and relaxing. The apartment itself is charming, spotless, and well-appointed with thoughtful touches that make it feel like home. Sue is a fantastic host—quick to respond, kind, and always helpful. One of the things I love most is the sense of community; I’ve made wonderful new friends during my stays and often reconnect with familiar faces. There’s something truly special about this place—warm, welcoming, and filled with good energy. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who genuinely cares, you won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to come back!

The house was in a nice neighborhood and only a few minutes from downtown. It was very clean and spacious.

We had the most peaceful stay. My husband and I were there for work. I am also finishing my bachelor’s degree. Having the extra den/ bedroom was perfect for that. I bring my on portable desk so the private space was exactly what I needed. The entire place is was well equipped for all our needs. We highly recommend and hope to get to stay again in the future. Thanks for everything! You both were amazing hosts!

We ended getting there about an hour before schedule and Terry said we come earlier! Honestly we can’t wait to go back, house honestly felt just like home, we did not bring any of our pets but I love the whole pet friendly vibes, we will definitely be back as we have family here. Since this was my first BNB experience I was a little skeptical of the process, but it was seamless. We arrived earlier than expected so I contacted Jeremy and he was very accommodating giving us early access. The beds were very comfy and there was plenty of cookware to use if you wanted. The only thing that was missing was not having a kitchen table for any meals or snacks. The house was clean and we felt at home which is exactly what we were looking for.

Great location and clean house! Lots of space for our family of 5. Very functional with a bathroom in each bedroom and large living area space. Clean and maintained. Whitney was a very responsive host and check in was easy. Will definitely stay there again!

This beautiful little home was exactly what we needed for the weekend. It was perfect for 2 people, was clean and peaceful. If we ever need to come back to the area, this will be where we stay.

As all the reviews share, this is a convenient location to enjoy all that South End has to offer. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed. Be sure to follow the house instructions and do not lock yourself out of the apartment! I did make that mistake and was very thankful that the host was in town and came to our rescue.

Great place in Charlotte - too many pubs/restaurants to list that are walking distance. The instructions were clear and helpful, the place was clean and bed was comfortable. If we are back in Charlotte we would definitely stay here again!

Marc’s spot is in a stellar location - good food (for most moods and $$ ranges) shops, music venues, drinks all within walking distance. It is also a short walk to the light rail which can take you to other neighborhoods in the city. The loft is even better than pictured, beautiful space. Not to mention Marc is an unbelievably kind host. This is my new go-to booking for Charlotte trips. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

What a great trip. I was in town for a convention and decided not to stay at the hotel. The place was in an amazing location, I walked to the days meetings, got coffee in my way. Plenty of food options, really no need for a car at all, I took an Uber only once. The hosts made it super easy to check in and even allowed me to check in much earlier than I originally expected due to a flight change. Highly recommend this stay and the hosts. -M

The apartment is spacious and comfortable - plus a great value for the money. Easy drive access most anywhere in Charlotte, and walking distance for uptown. Eugenie was also accommodating with check-in and date adjustment which was greatly appreciated. As others noted, it is bright in the morning (worth the trade off for the bright space during the day), there is some mild neighbor noise (not super loud) and smells in the hallway, but not at all in the apartment. All as described and even better space/comfort than expected. Definitely recommend.
