My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Dank der großen Fenster sind alle Räume sehr hell. Besonderes Augenmerk wurde auf die hochwertige Einrichtung gelegt. So findet man unter anderem eine Küche und einen Esstisch mit Sesseln aus Elsbeer-Vollholz. Im gesamten Chalet gibt es kostenloses WLAN, welches jedoch auf Wunsch auch ausgeschaltet werden kann. Der Radweg um den See ist bei den Gästen sehr beliebt. Wassersportaktivitäten: Surfen, Segeln, SUP (Verleih gegen Gebühr am Strand). Anbindung ans öffentliche Netz mittels S-Bahn im Ort. Zum Flughafen ca. 25 Autominuten. Das Gartenhaus ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer und Familien mit Kindern geeignet.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
