Awesome Host! We were very pleased with the property. The furnishings were well thought out. It was minimalist while feeling warm and inviting at the same time. It was well-maintained and the surrounding property was very nice. We felt at home in the property and area. Small convenience stores (DT, FD, DG) were all within 1-2 minutes driving and so much more anywhere from 5 minutes or more. It worked out very well for us. *It is on the second floor (we liked that), but just a heads up in case stairs are challenging for you or someone traveling with you. As a host - very responsive, great instructions and clear rules. We definitely recommend this property and host, and we would book again.

Our stay was wonderful! The home was beautifully maintained and the location was walkable to many places.

We stayed in Robert’s private guest suite for one night and it was perfect, had everything we needed. The suite was spacious and a great and comfy place to crash before our early morning flight out of Charleston. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean, nice place. We had a rental car so the off-street parking was helpful if a little tight. It was a restful place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen was very clean and had the basic dishes and utensils. You will need to bring your own breakfast foods and coffee pods as none are provided. One bath is modern and spacious and one is smaller with a lovely old clawfoot tub which is high and might be a challenge for gettin in and out for some people. We did enjoy our four night stay and would recommend it to others.

The house was very clean, Laurie was a great host and included so many extras that someone might need. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome.

Nice and clean, simple check in/out process, and overall a great experience. The pool and gym are great amenities (we actually wish we’d stayed an extra day just to have a pool day). The area isn’t anything to write home about, but it’s a quick drive to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely come back!

We had a great stay here! This place was in a great location in North Charleston. There were several parks, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. It was also a short distance from downtown Charleston. The layout of the space was a great way to have everyone in the same area but have their own space. Everything was as expected and Matt was very responsive.

We absolutely loved the home, it was perfect for two families to share for a swim meet weekend. It was super close to the pool and plenty of restaurants close by! The home is beautiful, spacious, clean, it was great, just wish we could’ve spent more time there!

My husband and I came for a few days to see Gladys Knight in concert and spend some time again in Charleston. We loved that Laurence’s place was in a quiet and very walkable neighborhood. Great place to stay in North Charleston. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Nearby restaurants were easy to access and the patrons were very friendly. Felt right at home coming from Wilmington, NC. The house was very clean and quaint. We enjoyed lazy mornings with coffee on the back deck. Great location for a dog even though we did not bring ours. Responsive hosts. Would stay again.

This is a cozy, functional space in a neighborhood with three comfortable bedrooms, two with attached bathrooms - exactly as advertised. Our hosts were kind and attentive, and I recommend this listing.

Leslie’s home is beautiful and was even more impressive in person than in the pictures. Very quick response to all of my messages. Super easy check in. Home was spotless and beautiful inside and out. SPECTACULAR STAY! I wish there was something more profound to say. This was one of the best stays I've experienced. The views at the condo were breathtaking. The condo was perfect for my husband and I, very peaceful. The condo was beautifully equipped with everything you could need. The beach area was super clean. The resort was well maintained. Easy check in and check out. Margaret was a top notch host. I miss the IOP already!

Location was great. Plenty of towels & supplies were already available & beds were comfy.

This is a beautiful place in the heart of town with surrounding restaurants and stores around. The place is immaculate and kept in pristine condition. I would rent this space again without any reservations. Kimberly is responsive and communicative, which is appreciated.

Found most things to be within 15-20 mins of location with easy access to freeways. Pleasant neighborhood.. felt very safe.

We came to town for a dance competition and wanted something affordable and at the same time something nice, relaxing, private with a sense of home. Kelly's place was just that. We were able to come and go as often as needed.

Carolyn was a great host. She checked in to make sure we are satisified and was responsive to our questions. The space was clean and comfortable. It was farther away from downtown but it was a easy drive in. Glad it was close to the airport as we had a very early flight. Highly recommended.

The condo was beautiful, with spacious outdoor decks overlooking the ocean (2 decks) and golf course (1 deck). Comfy beds, updated furnishings, well equipped kitchen, great location.

Justin was a great host and his place was very welcoming. We truly enjoyed our experience. He responded immediately and the home was fresh and clean. Although we didn't use the kitchen for cooking, it had everything you needed if you wanted to use it. Also, the walls were thin and you could hear the neighbors above, but the environment was very peaceful. Nothing to complain about because it wasn't disturbing, just mentioning in the event you're used to living in a home. We will certainly be booking again. Thanks again Justin for a great stay.
