You also have full access to the backyard and dock to enjoy water activities and the fresh air.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located South Seattle modern townhome. Light Rail is a short 2 minute walk that can take you anywhere in Seattle. Stadiums are 3 stops away. Downtown 5 stops away. 1 free assigned parking space. Downtown is a 15 minute drive. Stadiums 10 minute drive. Neighborhood is extremely walkable with Downtown Columbia City being a short 7-10 minute walk offering great restaurants and cute shops. 2 grocery stores less than a mile away. Airport very convenient.

Please note: We do a thorough cleaning and finish off with wiping down all surfaces likely touched with 99.9% disinfectant. A Serene getaway on lake front property that is a quadraplex. This is my personal home with 4 distinct and complete units. I live in a lower unit. There is a BBQ, cozy wood burning insert and a major close-up display of God's handiwork. Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away (times very). Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain is 69 mins away.

At the waters edge of Lake Tapps you’ll find our cabana. It’s hidden and private within our residential property. You’ll have the entire waterfront to yourself. Fish off the dock, kayak, or just relax in seclusion. Outdoors you’ll find a large covered porch, fireplace and hot tub. Inside- a queen wall Bed, small sofa bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi. Neighbors are not close. Please be aware the shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom.
