My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the location was peaceful and serene (exactly what we were hoping for). The home was beautifully decorated and landscaped. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The master suite had gorgeous views of the red rock, the bed was super comfortable and the master bath was expansive and luxurious. The hosts were extremely responsive and were ready to help with anything we needed. The home is located about 15 minute drive from Sedona’s busy uptown core - we enjoyed being close to all amenities without being in the middle of the hustle. We would definitely come back to this location again and again. Thank you John and Rainey for a wonderful stay!

Amazing location with beautiful views and close to cathedral rock trailhead and chapel of the holy cross. The team was very communicative and responsive and helped with any questions we had. Highly recommend staying at this place.

Great property and stay and all the amenities. Only minor feedback I have (and I am picky about bathrooms for some reason) is that the upstairs shower needs to be updated with modern tile and glass walls/blocks; or at least some additional lighting needs to be added into the shower. It is tucked into a dark corner feels very institutional (like a 70’s high school locker room shower). But over all, a stellar property.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Six women fit comfortably. The outdoor hot tub was great to soak in after a day of hiking. The outside space was very private and beautiful. It was frequently visited by humming birds. All of us gals agreed we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!

We had a wonderful stay at Mitchell’s Airbnb! The house was clean and in a beautiful location. The view was incredible!! The host was very responsive when we needed to reach out, we would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Our stay was amazing! Dawn’s place was very impressive, spacious, and beautiful. The house was very clean and the backyard was one of the most magnificent I have ever seen. The Infiniti pool, hot tub, and grill made us feel as if we didn’t need to leave the air bnb at all. Overall great stay and we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Shannon’s. He was quick to respond and communicate from the start of looking at his place until check out. Great spot for a family to stay at or friends trip. Amenities were great for kids and family to enjoy although the weather didn’t cooperate we still had a great time!

Great location and home base for exploring Sedona and the beautiful surroundings. The house offers lovely views and plenty of space. Some of the amenities need a little TLC, but that didn’t take away from the experience or our enjoyment of the house. The beds are very comfortable, we all slept great! We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

This is the best rental we have stayed in. And we travel a lot! It had everything we needed and more. The view was incredible from upstairs and downstairs. The wrap around patio was a dream! It was snowing outside and we were so warm and cozy all throughout the house. The real fireplace was beautiful. The play loft was especially great for my two little ones! Definitely a family friendly place with charming decor all over. We felt right at home. It was clean and spacious with everything we needed. We saw a lot of elk too! The host was fast to respond and very helpful during booking and throughout our stay! The town itself had great restaurants, a little farmer’s market (we got some yummy tamales), and cute stores to shop in!

It was a pleasure to spend the weekend at Spencer’s house, it had everything we needed, and catered for all our needs. We will definitely visit again!

This was our second stay and we will be back. The location is ideal - there is a lot to do within walking distance. The house comfortably slept 12 adults. It has a good amount of bathrooms and space. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. Overall a great place to stay.

The views out the front windows were incredible. The location was great. It is an easy walk to town. We saw 15 javelinas in the backyard one night. It has a hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped. Jim and Kathy made up a folder with laminated pages with lots of ideas on things to do and how everything works in the house. It is a high end rental with a high cost but well worth what you get for the money. Being able to walk to town and having spectacular views of fed rock formations out every window was very special.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home. It is everything you see in the pictures and more! The West Sedona location was fantastic with the Thunder Mountain hiking trails on one side of neighborhood and the Carol Canyon trailheads on the other including a trail to the Airport Mesa vortex. All the other amazing hiking Sedona has to offer including Cathedral Rock, Bell Loop, Devil’s Bridge are all short rides away and the shops and galleries too. You cannot go wrong staying here and I cannot wait to come back.

We were in town for a quick trip and instead of feeling like a place to crash, Danielle’s cabin felt like a home away from home. Danielle was incredibly helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. 10/10 place to stay, and very pet friendly.

This is a lovely place to stay. A very welcoming environment in the home, and the yard and woods behind it, are so calming. The yurt is a great bonus space. We visited the Grand Canyon for the first time and hiked in Sedona. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend highly to our friends.

Large four bedroom house near hiking and biking trails. Well maintained - everything works. Heater keeps a constant temperature - very comfortable day and night. New refrigerator keeps food fresh. Beautiful views of the mountains.

The home was clean, cozy and perfect for 7 of us. The hot tub was amazing after a day at Snowbowl. And, the owners were kind enough to have a bottle of wine waiting when we arrived. Overall the house was perfect for us and very close to downtown Flagstaff. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

This home was extremely clean, furnished very nicely, had a BBQ and fire pit and comfortable furnishings. The hosts were super responsive, and included thoughtful touches such as snacks, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, and a very clean kitchen. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home!

Our stay was amazing! We instantly felt right at home, and the nature that surrounded us was extremely calming. We have small children and our host had so many fun extra toys to play with. There were many extra touches in the home that we appreciated. Mj and Elizabeth were responsive and very kind. I recommend this place to anyone, especially extended stays.

Beautiful views! Beds comfortable, bed linens very nice. The patio jacuzzi spa (hot tub) & indoor electric fireplace were great (we did not use the outdoor fore pit table). Everything inside the place is spotlessly clean & the place is quite roomy. Quiet area. TV (Roku) in the master bedroom was much appreciated. Coffee bar in kitchen with a Kuerig! Uptown Sedona is about 25-30 min drive from Cottonwood due to traffic snarls as you enter Uptown Sedona. Nic's Italian Steakhouse, Belfry Brewing & Merkin Vineyard Hilltop Winery were all good experiences in Cottonwood. However, the Winery has no dedicated "tasting room". You can taste at patio bar or at your table. The view is phenomenal, don't miss enjoying a glass of wine here. We did wine at sunset & the colorful hills & mountains so pretty. The food at the Winery was tasty & they make their own fresh pasta! Be advised, the Winery menu is ala carte. We loved our stay at this Cottonwood Airbnb, would recommend & hope to return!

The stay was wonderful! The beds were comfy, the shower was fully stocked, the kitchen had snacks for us! We didn’t get to use the kayaks but they were accessible which is a great feature! It was an easy drive to everywhere. If we ever come back we’ll definitely choose to stay here again.
