Located less than 45 min from downtown Summerville, 40 min from I-20, 1 hr from Downtown Charleston, and 25 min from I-95. We are a livestock property and for the safety of our animals we only allow 1 pet per reservation with a strict leash policy.

Bring your family or group to this 3 bedroom 1+ bath place in the large trees with lots of room for relaxing and fun (….if you are a jeans and sweatshirt kind of person. It is not the Hilton!) TVs in each room, and 2 covered decks. Fish, or just sit out on the dock, watch the boats run by, and appreciate the lake. We rarely use the dock ourselves. 600’ from our public boat ramp with a park and small beach. Please also note that we do have cameras installed that monitor outside only.

Enjoy the 3 huge porches, fire pit, hammocks and swings, fishing, drop in one of the kayaks or paddle boards straight off the property and head out to Lake Marion.

Please respect the fact that there is a small pet fee for the cleaning crew’s extra work.
