Fully furnished private 1 BR house, central heat and air, all utilities provided including Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer, 2 TVs in bedroom and living room, with sleeper sofa. 10 min from the beach, and everything you need close by, in a quiet neighborhood. The house has a code lock that is changed with each renter so you do not need a key! You will have the code to it along with the Wi-Fi password before you arrive. You have full run of the place. One of the only pet friendly airbnbs in the area!

The price includes 2 adults and 1 child (12 yo or -), but if is a third person +12 yo there is an additional charge of $25 for the entire stay.
