You can also fish here all year round! Community pool/gym/dock/boat ramp/picnic area available within walking distance (~5 blocks away - Cabin is not on the water, see map). You'll love this cabin and lake! We live nearby and can answer any questions/share recommendations. We look forward to hosting you!

Wake up to the Lake breeze in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath beautiful and spacious lake house steps away from your private dock all to your self in Coldspring on Lake Livingston! The house features a huge living room for guests to unwind after a fun day in the lake and a beautiful lake view deck to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise in the morning . Home is located in a nice, friendly, quiet subdivision south of Livingston and one of the closest areas of Lake Livingston to Houston.

Peaceful East Texas getaway

20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!) Owners house is next door, Grill, smoker, fire pit, and additional outdoor shower. Pond is stocked with perch. Beautiful walking trails. Golf cart is onsite but availability may be limited.
