This two story home is located at the end of a very quiet cove with plenty of water. The beach has a fresh 6 inches of sand installed for the lake season. The walk to the lake is very short on an almost flat surface. The home will accommodate a family up to six people. The house has two floors. The main floor has a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV service provided. The entire main floor has hard woods along with the Master Bed Room and bed room #2.

This new 4BR 3.5BA waterfront home has unobstructed big lake views from nearly every room. It comfortably sleeps 12 & has new furnishings throughout. There are many spaces to hang out & relax including; a sunroom, two family rooms, two open air porches and a fire pit. Lake activities include a dock with boat slip & jet ski lifts, shallow water for wading and playing, deep water for fishing and swimming. Take out the kayaks to paddle around or put out the floating mat for extra fun.

In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains.
