Enjoy Lake James at our lakeview cottage just footsteps from the most serene cove on the lake. Prepare your meals in the fully stocked, large kitchen or have a BBQ and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and on two decks. During the day, cruise the lake with our kayaks, or bring your own Standup Paddle Board or small boat--the cove has it's own private boat launch. The in-ground pool is available for guests May 15 - Sept. 1. The home has 2 workspaces, TV media room, outdoor grill and dining.

Play around on our kayaks, paddle boards, or just jump right in off our boat dock. It’s close to the Hawks Nest, Blue Ridge Parkway, Linville Gorge, Table Rock, Black Mountain, Asheville, and other day adventures. Come have fun, new adventures, and endless exploration. Located in a gated community with pool, pavilion, and fire pit!
