It has two bedrooms (master suite has king-sized bed, second bedroom has queen-sized bed) and two full bathrooms. The living/dining/kitchen area accommodates four diners at the dining table and two diners at the kitchen peninsula. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry area. The covered back porch and butterfly garden offer a shady retreat.
