The downstairs apartment is available for AirBnB guests. Our home is on the lake in the Foothills of NC with water sports in our back yard. Great atmosphere, views, lake, and R&R. The apartment includes one bedroom (1 king size bed, 1 queen foam mattress), a living room, an entertainment area with pool table and darts. It also has a full private bath. The apartment steps out onto a private lower deck overlooking the lake. Our place is good for couples, adventurers, business people, and families.

Newly finished downstairs BR will sleep up to 3 more guests in a King bed and twin daybed. YOU CANNOT ACCESS THE DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM FROM INSIDE THE STUDIO.
