Great place to stay. Clean, private, with beautiful surroundings. Close to historic town. Easy to find. Lisa is very responsive and friendly. Was enjoyable to deal with. Fully reccommending.

Incredible spot steps from Wanaka center and with great views of the lake from living and main bed rooms. We stayed here 4 nights in December with two small kids and loved every second of it. From walking to see birds and eels down by the water to the extremely accessible and cool playground this place was a dream. And it had parking and a pool, hot tub, and exercise facility to boot! If you’re looking for comfort, access, views and perfection in Wanaka look no further!

Great spot to take advantage of Wanaka. Walk to town in 5 mins. Nice clean functioning apartment and apartment complex. Well built. Quality. Super easy entry and exit. Hosts are responsive and friendly. Nice bottle of wine to welcome us. Professional operation.

Of course! Here’s the revised review with “near 360-degree”: We had an amazing stay at Joe’s home! The house is absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean and stocked with plenty of amenities. One of the highlights was the upstairs hangout space, which offers near 360-degree panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The location is perfect, right next to a walking trail, making it easy to get outside and enjoy nature. The sunsets and sunrises here are breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of the place. Nous avons passé quatre jours à Wanaka , lors d'une visite à notre fille qui vit en NZ, le but premier était de faire découvrir le ski à ses deux enfants (6 et 5 ans) et d'avoir un emplacement calme et accessible à pied pour se promener avec son dernier enfant qui n'a que deux ans. Nous étions 4 adultes et trois enfants et nous avons tous beaucoup apprécié Wanaka et le logement de Michele qui est très spacieux et dans lequel nous avons passé un très bon séjour, ...trop court hélas. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

I'm very glad we ended up staying at Lake Hāwea, as opposed to Wanaka. The lack of tourist clutter was incredibly peaceful and having the ability to walk down the lake front and essentially have the beach to yourself was spectacular. The house felt cozy, like a classic NZ bach. We only had four of us staying here, but it allowed us to spread out and enjoy our own space. I imagine having a larger group would be great too though. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. P.s. The knives in the kitchen could so with a sharpening, or replacing!

What a slice of heaven on Lake Hawea. That view! So peaceful to enjoy looking out at breakfast and when the sun set. Great house to base ourselves and explore the Otago area - very well appointed and extremely comfortable. Holly is a gem and was so responsive and helpful as we planned out our stay.

This house is on the edge of Wanaka. There are divine lake and mountain views, and whilst there are houses on either side, it is beautifully peaceful with all day sun. The house is spacious and well equipped. comminication was clear and easy. Heartily recommend. We'll be back!

We had a lovely stay is a great home with stunning views. We would like to have stayed longer. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days stay.
