We had an amazing stay, The perfect spot to unwind and relax right next to the water. It was our first time in Parker and definitely won't be our last. Great spot to book for a beautiful view.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect and we were able to do the things we wanted to do. The house is cozy but very comfortable.

My family and I loved the place. The location was perfect and the days and nights were nice and peaceful. If we had a question the Host were really good at responding also. Thank you it was a very nice time.

Only bad thing I can say is the bed in the casita is a little rough and dog hair around the furniture. Other than those two things we had an amazing time and would definitely book again! Perfect location with accessible boat ramp which was very convenient for us!

Easily the cleanest and best overall Air BnB I’ve stayed at! The game room being disconnected from the house was awesome! If a few friends wanna stay up for a nightcap they’re not keeping everyone else awake in the house.

Robert and Lynn go out of their way to make your trip enjoyable…from offering early check in, late check out, and helped us plan our day trip to Havasu. You will not find a better place for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and stunning views. And great parking for your truck and trailer if needed😊 boat launch close by and easy to navigate. Book the trip!

Great location right on the channel and just steps from the beach. Condo was clean and roomy and hosts were responsive when we had trouble with the keypad to unlock the front door. Walk to restaurants and the London Bridge, which you can see from the dining room table. Covered parking also a plus in AZ. We look forward to our next stay!

Everything was as described, but I don’t think you can actually describe how great the anchor lake house was for my family and I. House was perfect in every aspect. Our host made sure everything was easy and was very responsive to any and all questions. You really can’t beat location, and the amenities that come with the house. It was our first trip with our new boat, and having the ease of a launch ramp and docks in the community made everything easy on us. Definitely coming back.

GREAT location right on Havasu’s London bridge boardwalk! We also loved taking the Paddleboard out in the channel. Unit had everything we needed for a mini family reunion. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place - loved the ground level golf course "backyard," pool was spotless and a plus and the decor was dreamy, close to many things to do! During our stay, a child accidently put a small hole in the wall after doing a summersault toward it - we let her know immediately so we could initiate repair and she was very gracious and understanding that things happen. She was also responsive throughout the stay.

Place had been empty for a while but the host was very responsive to any requests we had. He suggested things to do and places to go. It’s a very nice quiet home in a quiet neighborhood with friendly people around.
