What a cute farmhouse! It was the perfect location for our family of 5 to visit our grandmother at Clemson Downs. Location is very convenient to campus and the botanical gardens. Enough seating for us to comfortably hang out, or play games at the kitchen table.

Great place very convenient to our venues. Very quiet and peaceful area, Cyd was super responsive and great to deal with.

The house was very clean and nice. The backyard was great for the dogs. furniture and bedding were great. It does have stairs going up to the backdoor from the yard. But wasn't a issue. overall it was a good 5 night stay. I would definitely go again if needed to be in the area. There was some road work in the neighborhood but nothing that blocked the house. It was quite in the home.

Home was amazing! Looked exactly like the photos and was very inviting. The outside sitting area was very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable and home had great additions. Will definitely choose the house again when I come back to the area!

Very peaceful and cozy home. Super clean and well organized. Very good cookware, plates and utensils. Great deck and Lake view! The only thing I wished was that we had booked a longer stay. Time went way to fast! Just a heads up for those who bring a boat, it would be best to launch before you proceed to the property. It's a tight area with a trailer.

The unit we stayed in was very unique. We loved being up in the treetops and seeing the goats grazing down below. Wish we had had time to kayak or canoe on the river with the provided boats. All in all, we had a great time in a fun and surprising location. We'll done Thomas!

Would definitely recommend to others! The house is very comfortable and neighborhood is quiet so it is great if you have to stay for a month or longer. The hosts were awesome and very responsive! Also had the privilege of meeting the cleaners and the lawn maintainee which all were professional and such good people.

Gorgeous mountain retreat is a perfect way to describe this property. I found everything in the description of this property to be true. In my opinion Karla’s description was very humble and we found the property to be much better than expected. Entire family celebrated my father’s 90th birthday, and found the house plenty spacious for all of us. With full living space on the main level and downstairs we never felt crowded.The house was immaculate and very well stocked with items that were above and beyond any other property I’ve ever stayed in right down to the firewood. Directions were easy to follow and communication was always done in a timely fashion. If you want to relax, do nothing, enjoy the views this is the place for you. If you want to be active, go hiking, play golf, tennis, etc. this is the place for you. If you want to grill out and watch football with the gang, this place is for you. So if you have a large group, and you are looking for a mountain getaway, I recommend that you stop looking and book this property NOW!!

The lake house is beautiful. Very private and peaceful. The house looks even better than the photos. Our children loved the pool. We are already planning to return some time this summer. Thanks Ellen for being a great host.

I had never been to Greenville, so mainly wanted to stay to become familiar with the area. This location is not as close to the downtown area as I imagined it would have been. It tended to take a little longer due to traffic, but that may have been just due to the Time we were there. My children absolutely loved the pool, and even though it was a little on the smaller side, it was exactly what they needed! The yard was absolutely perfect for my dogs, who seemed to have had a great time as well. Renee was incredibly responsive to any question I had, and in this case, I reached out to her more often than I’d ever reached out to any other host. She was very gracious with her response, and I am so thankful to have stayed in her home while we visited Greenville Last week!

This property was exactly as described — beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. I asked about EV charging and they quickly confirmed there was a charging station on-site, which was a huge plus. The location is convenient, close to downtown with shops nearby. Having a brewery on the premises was also a great bonus for a relaxed evening without needing to travel far. I would definitely recommend this property!

Great place for a large family. Our family of 13 stayed here in April and had a great time. Weather was decent still a little chilly for the pool but the kids loved it anyways. The back yard is beautiful love the fire pit. The guest house was nice to have it was private but still attainable to the family. House was well stocked with towels and linens coffee and essentials like laundry soap. Would highly recommend.

We rented the spacer for a wedding rehearsal dinner and bridesmaids stay. It was a beautiful older home that had such a warm feel. The setting was just perfect!

I have nothing but positive feedback on Jill's property. It exceeded our expectations in every category. We were looking for a place close to my nephew's house in Cornelia while also giving us some privacy. We loved being on the farm! The apartment had excellent privacy while the peacefulness and spaciousness of the property set the mood. There were lots of well thought out little surprises such as welcome snacks and drinks. Instructions on how to work things in the unit were very helpful. We enjoyed the cabinet of curiosities. Finally, having space for our two dogs plus a fully fenced front yard for them to roam was awesome. Getting to feed the goats, donkey and horses just put things over the top. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a super clean lodging close to Cornelia.

We stayed at this amazing cabin on our motorcycle roadtrip and we loved it. The outdoor kitchen and the fire pit supplied a great atmosphere. We will be back!

Wonderful location! Jennifer's lake house had plenty of room to accommodate four couples and a large driveway to park four vehicles, all with boat trailers. This made for a great fishing trip with friends! The path to the dock was a clearly marked walkway with lights. We had a question about electricity at the dock, and Jennifer was very quick to respond to answer our questions. she was also quick to respond to our questions before booking as well. Check-in was smooth with keyless entry and checkout instructions were clearly posted and easy to follow. We were able to have a Walmart grocery delivery and the Dollar General store was close by when we realized we forgot a few things. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our third stay at the chestnut! We always have the best time! The hosts are so helpful and responsive. The fire pit overlooking the river is a favorite. We come to town often for travel sports and we love that we can turn our weekend away into a fun family memory at this great spot!

Carolyn &Joshua were fantastic hosts. Their place was perfect for our need. We travelled to the area for a Clemson graduation. Easy commute to get to Clemson. Their place has the most beautiful, spacious backyard. It was so nice to listen to the birds sing while our dog ran in the yard. The outdoor seating area was so pleasant with the shade and breeze. The special touch of fresh baked muffins and cookies added to the welcome feel of the place. The communication and helpfulness of the hosts made you feel like you were staying at a friends place, very welcoming.

This was a great experience and stay! We will definitely be back. Jennifer, was a great host and the home was everything we needed in comfort, clean, and convenient. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Great little find! Close to amenities, yet in the country feel. So awesome they welcome dogs and have a dog park you can use. So much better than a stuffy hotel room.
