We have stayed in the other Bethesda cabins, always loved this cabin & it was finally available ❤️ we booked an overnight stay and it was not enough time. As you pull up you'll see the fire pit, side carport/patio -plenty of room to outside entertain,table & seating.Campsite size charcoal grill. Front door opens to large open living/dining room, family size dinner table. Pool table area is in a great extended area past dining table,with patio doors on every wall that opens to the Lakeview terrace. Hot tub is accessible directly from master bedroom & to the right of the pool table in the living area,direct lakeview. Plenty of towels. Comfortable seating on patio. Back inside.. Everything you could want in kitchen pots & pans, all glass/ceramic dishes.(bring your own spices, foil, charcoal if cooking -only s & p available 😊) Bed was amazingly comfy. The copper bathtub 😳 take a soak! it's a must! If you don't you'll wish you had. As seasoned travelers we rate a top 5 favorite ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) stayed at the house over Spring break and had plenty of space. The cabin was located perfect for our crystal digging adventures. After digging, we would come back and clean the crystals on the back porch watching the sun set. The hot tub was small, but it worked out. We rotated small groups at a time. The inside of the house was open and inviting. We could all be in the same space or retreat to our rooms if needed. It had everything that we needed, minus food, which helps when traveling.

My daughter and I stayed at the Lake Retreat with two other families. There were 5 adults and 4 children in our party! This house was perfect…each family had its own bedroom and bathroom. We spent the majority of our time outside around the fire pit while the kids were in the hot tub! The house was perfect for what we were looking for!

You think you need 3 days away? You need 5 and you need them right here in this tranquil, deeply restorative, quaint, rustic cabin. This cabin is overflowing with unique touches and extreme hospitality, so many little decorative touches and treats we couldn't enjoy them all in our 3 day stay. Which brings me back to you MUST book 5 days minimum! LOL From the porch swing naps to the Hot Tub soaks, everything was in perfect order. We had a small problem with the hot plate and a replacement was immediately provided. Do you know how incredible that was? You are literally in the middle of NOWHERE and POOF, instant response. Incredible. We were already in love with this little place, but that kind of attention takes it to the next level. I can't recommend Fancy Hills highly enough. We hope to stay again and again and again.

Quaint little space perfect for a couple or small family. Everything you need and peaceful! Hot tub was spot nightly after riding atvs all day! Highly recommend!!!

Staying at this secluded woodland Airbnb was nothing short of magical. The cabin itself was cozy, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could ever need and so much more. Waking up each morning to gorgeous forest views through the large windows felt like stepping into a fairytale. Whether sipping coffee on the deck, riding the atv trails, or stargazing by the firepit at night, every moment was infused with tranquility. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing local tips, firewood, and even handmade soaps that smelt beyond amazing. This wasn’t just a stay—it was a full experience of serenity, beauty, and connection to nature. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning our return. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat away from it all, this is the place.

The cabin was a great stay! The area was peaceful and only a 10 min drive to town. The bed was comfy and the shower temp/water pressure was very good. There’s no tv but that’s perfect for a getaway. Rita was very helpful with directions and had great recommendations. Would love to come back!

These hosts were amazing! Great experience they really went above and beyond. Our stay was 2 weeks and they even offered laundry access. Very accommodating and responsive. We highly recommend.

We had such a peaceful stay at Cossatot Bend. The setting was incredibly tranquil and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Jordan was very friendly and easy to communicate with. She also went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. From the spotless rooms to the thoughtful touches, everything was perfect. I highly recommend booking this beautiful cabin for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the river.

Nice quiet area. Could hear the river running from the deck. Comfortable place. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, dishes, and cooking pans. Open concept which was nice so everyone could be engaged in conversations. There were plenty of games for the kids and adults to play. The master bedroom was a nice size and comfortable as was the master bath, that had a jetted tub and walk in shower. The other two bedrooms were smaller but still comfortable and the shared bathroom was roomy. There were fishing poles and items that could be used for diamond digging there as well. Loved the wrap around porch and the outdoor space it provided. Only 5 places on the road in total; 3 other cabins that look to be rentals and one cabin down by the river that is a private residence. Would definitely stay here again.

What a place to stay!! Even with rain, we still had the BEST weekend! We had 3 couples & kids & were so comfortable! Every area was roomy, clean, & dsng near perfect! Love the older charm of the house while being modernized, spacious, & comfortable. So many aminities too! we hardly needed to buy a thing :) Perfect spot for families with kids! From books & games to beanbag, bunk beds, & multiple playrooms. If you have kids. don't skip this place! Not to mention all the fenced in land for the kids to ride/explore! Best part, Walmart does deliver to the house! Just be sure to add "624" on the end of the road for the delivery & getting directions there. We didn't have that & got lost a few times lol. We 100% plan to make a trip back soon!!

We had a great stay at the coon cabin . It ls a no frills place but thats what made it nice for us. Just being able to be sculded and enjoy a new area was excatly what we were looking for. DOC the dog could be a little intimidating just due to his size! Upon arrival he guided us to the cabin and was super friendly from the start. He hung around most of the time we were home. He got along great with us and our dog wonderfully. I would definitely recommend this place for someone that likes the cabin vibe!

No surprises and was pretty much exactly as we expected. Great little place that had all we needed. Furniture is comfortable and in great shape. The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything went well and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Wow! Wow! We had an amazing stay. The adorably decorated house was so comfortable. We slept like royalty. The kitchen had everything we needed. Hot water was plentiful. Couches were comfortable. We we really pleased with the stay and will stay there again if available on our next visit.

My son and I had a great weekend fishing and kayaking nearby. The Caddo is a great temperature this time of year, and this rental is great if you just want to look at the water views or jump right in.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very spacious and accommodated our party perfectly. It actually surpassed our expectations regarding amenities, and things to do on the property! We will definitely look to book this property again in the future. 5 stars all the way!!!

Hill top Hideaway Cabin was perfect! short ride to all trails. The caretaker was very helpful, our oven element was out called, we got back from our trail ride a few hours later, we had a brand new stove. It was very clean and the washer and dryer was awesome to have. It was a wonderful place to stay! I will say it was a bit tight turning a 40 ft trailer, but shorter there will be no issues! HIGHLY recommend staying

Great place to stay. The ceilings are 6 foot on the lower level, so you’ll feel like you need to duck just walking through even if you aren’t 6ft. You get used to it though. Private location, with great access to the river. Build up speed when approaching hills and you shouldn’t have any problems making it to and from the cabin. Overall had a great time!

The place was perfect! Location for ATV riding was outstanding. A wood fireplace made the environment cozy and warm. The hot tub was clean and it had powerful jets. The cabin was very clean and the decor was on point. Overall, I give it a 10 out of 10!

There were 8 of us, and we were able to all sleep comfortably in the house without using the bunkhouse. The bunkhouse was super adorable, and it was nice to have another quiet space for a phone call. Everything was super clean. Our family was very comfortable here. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place. Perfect for a group looking to do some mountain biking. Only complaint is there should be a few more pots and pans, and it would be great if there were two showers.
