Our Bell tent comes with a king size bed, stove, kettle, fridge, sofa, bed linen, towels & slippers, outdoor seating area, shared toilet, private shower with eco shower products & fully equipped kitchen in our barn. Spacious Safari Tent -Ideal for family and friends

Set in their own small secluded glade, our Safari Tents have one double bedroom and a second bedroom with four single bunks, as well as a bathroom, kitchen and dining area. Locally sourced produce and essentials are available for purchase in the on site shop, so you can bring as much or as little as you wish. On-site parking is available. We are able to accommodate stays of the following lengths: 7 night stays commencing on a Monday or Friday, Monday-Friday (4 nights), Friday-Monday (3 nights).

Our lovely Shepherds Huts are set in the garden of our home, on the edge of the market town of Haltwhistle, Northumberland. We are an ideal base for a couple looking for a romantic retreat, or friends looking to explore this beautiful historic area. The interior consists of a triple bunkbed, fully equipped kitchenette, TV, comfy seating and a woodburner. Another room in the hut has a toilet and shower. Dine alfresco on decking outside, or cosy up to the stove after a day of exploring. Joy!

This is a very high spec brand new campervan costing over £45000 This vehicle has a thermostated heater similar to the one you use at home. It even works when your not on a campsite, ideal for those cosy winter nights. Our insurance is valid for ages 23-75 with a driving licence held more than 2 years unless not from the UK (see countries listed below).

Lovingly restored 1965 Retreat with proper loo, shower, underfloor heating and Wi-Fi! King size bed with linen, towels and toiletries provided. Fully equipped for 2 . Snuggle into The Tipi and soak up the view, make suppers in the the pizza oven or BBQ or huddle around the firepit and cook over the embers. Discover the walled pond and private jetty or wander down the lane to The Pub. Magical! PS: the caravan is compact with limited headroom - the high+mighty will need to duck!

Space for small campervan parking at Wild Oak Woods Eco-campsite. Slightly loping hard standing area within the camping hut site 1km in to the wood along a forest track. Please note we have no Elsan waste disposal but you are welcome to use the compost toilet in the facilities block. This is a beautiful parking space in the wood near the facilities block where you will have joint use of the Kitchen, outside sink and use a shower. PLEASE NOTE THIS SPACE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR TENTS.

Set amongst peaceful farmland that has been cared for by the same family since 1954, this delightful shepherd’s hut is an inviting option for couples seeking a relaxing break. Positioned 1 mile from Patterdale village, you’ll have country pubs and local charm close at hand, as well as direct access to scenic walks and cycle trails across the Northern Lakes and Fells. Explore footpaths leading from your door to Ullswater or set out to discover Aira Force waterfalls.

Camping Barn, Abbot Park Farm

Built in 2012, our slate and stone camping barns boast 6 single beds on the first floor. The ground floor space includes a dining area, kitchen area which includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, small fridge and a single electric hot plate. and a ground floor wet room. Bedding, towels, cutlery, crockery are all provided. Outside are stunning views, a picnic area and public footpaths through the farm. Breakfast is not provided can be requested at an additional cost.
