Lake Crescent: soggiorni in baite

This cabin oasis was exactly what we needed, providing great proximity to Olympic National Park, beautiful mountain views, a great town with shopping and dining, and even a ferry traveling to Victoria Canada. We would absolutely love to stay here again and an added bonus was the large TV in the bedroom, which was not pictured, but a welcome surprise and nice way to wind down after a day of adventures - and the bed! possibly the comfiest bed I've ever slept on, with a plethora of pillows, which can be scarce at some hotels and air BNBs. The covered back porch, hot tub, grill, and fire pit were also extremely appreciated and handy to have. 10/10, it was honestly hard to leave!

Excellent place on Lake Sutherland for a family. Beautiful location on the lake with hot tub on the dock. Great location to access Olympic National Park and Port Angeles. Know that there’s 70 stairs down to the house which can be tough in the rain or dark.

Such a wonderful experience at their treehouse, can't wait to come back another time~. Hosts were accommodating and responsive!

This cabin was very spacious, had high ceilings and many windows looking out to gorgeous views. The beds were very comfortable and the whole places was incredibly well stocked. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked inviting as did the dining table on the deck looking toward the mountain range. We hope to return soon!

Beautiful lake house with a hot tub! The surrounding area has some of the state's best hikes and when your done, chill by the lake or take out a kayak for even more fun 😁 Close to food and shopping, this rental is a must if you plan to visit the area

Nancy's place is truly a gem. It is tucked away on the edge of a high spot overlooking down to the coastline and Windjammer Park. It is a super quiet location and so cozy. It was sparkling clean. But the biggest thing that impressed us is the way they decorated with all of the little touches of super cute and comfy things. Books. Mugs. Smores ingredients. Blankets. Mints. We were in town to run a half marathon, so it was a short trip. But I can't wait to get out there again for a longer getaway. Also, Nancy was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Our race went a bit long, but she let us check out a little late so we could sit in the hot tub for a little bit after 13.1 miles! Thank you, again, Nancy. Highly recommend this place to you.

My husband and I came here for my sons first birthday and can I say, we absolutely loved this Airbnb. It might even be my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was very thought out and they didn’t miss a detail. Lots to do for kids and adults. The hiking trails right outside the cabin were so nice to enjoy in the mornings to start the day and the hammocks in the woods were nice to relax on after. Heated bathroom floors elevated this space so much. The master bed was very comfortable. Very spacious and not cluttered. The cedar hot tub was our favorite and such a nice touch to the cabin. It really fit the vibe of everything. I would 100% come back here or try out the host other homes in the area since they did such an amazing job with this one. I can imagine all their homes are equivalent.

Our stay was perfect for our needs! The instructions provided to get to the place were incredibly clear, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. Getting inside was super easy, just as described. The place had all the amenities listed, which was great for our short stay. It was the ideal location for us to rest our heads before catching our morning ferry ride to Victoria. The convenience was exactly what we needed. We had a wonderful, albeit brief, stay and would definitely consider booking this place again when we return to the area for another trip to Victoria or to explore Olympic National Park. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay at Melanie and John's airbnb. It was squeaky clean and they had the nicest welcome basket with eggs (the eggs were delicious) in the fridge which was such a nice surprise. We set up a meeting with them to meet their goats. They had a great guidebook for the area, and lots of fun details like boardgames, colouring books, and a record player. We spent most of our time during the day driving out to go to Sooke potholes, botanical beach, and other natural tourist hotspots which weren't too far out for a day trip. Overall I'd highly recommend this airbnb!

One of the best AirBnB experiences we’ve ever had. The place was absolutely spotless, with a well stocked kitchen and great location just 10 min drive from Rialto Beach. Private, secluded and peaceful yet easily accessible. And finally, Carol was a great host and super responsive and gracious. Would happily stay there again!

What a special house to get to stay in within the ONP! This was our second visit and hope to come again someday. The house is lovely, kitchen well stocked, and plenty of games/toys/movies for the whole family. We love the lakeside sauna and having kayaks available to use. The proximity to some of the most gorgeous forests and beaches is outstanding. Salt creek rec area and sol duc falls were favorites this time. Perfect place to unplug and just enjoy the surrounding natural beauty- can you spot the waterfall on the mountain across from the cabin? Also having starlink was perfect for streaming couch-ella. The history of the house and crescent lake was fun to read about from the wall art and coffee table books too.

Unbelievable cabin for the price. We wanted something simple to stay in for a couple of nights, and it was just the right place! There was a fence and trees around it so it felt very private despite the owner’s living nearby. We made the walk to the river behind the cabin, super cool that it was so close! The Sequim area is beautiful and driving up to the cabin while see snow-covered mountains up ahead, amazing. If you don’t need anything too fancy, this is the place to go. Had everything we needed, would be more than happy staying again!

This is the perfect cabin, exactly as one would imagine a wood cabin in the forest! Amazing location, right on the river, could not be more peaceful! We loved sitting on the porch with our morning coffee. Cabin is just the right size, had ALL the amenities one could need and it is in a great location to access all kinds of activities. None of us wanted to leave!! I would go back in a heartbeat :)

One of the highlights was spotting lots of seals lounging close to the cottage—a delightful and unique experience. The space is well-maintained, cozy, and perfect for creating lasting memories. Whether you're relaxing indoors or exploring the beautiful surroundings, this place offers a perfect escape. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

Wow- a forest bathing paradise! We had to miss our first night due to a medical emergency, but were able to check in for the second night and we were so glad we did! What a lovely, healing space! We were so cozy in the bed during a chilly night and adored the sauna and outdoor shower with hot water. And the book of poetry by the bedside felt like it was placed there just for me. Just what we needed after a stressful 24 hours. We would come back in a heartbeat and have already recommended to family/friends in the area.

The log cabin is spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet and beautifully decorated, in a stunning location amongst the mountains. There are games to play, warm wood stove fireplace, great hot tub to soak in after a long day of hiking. Wifi works really good. Danielle was very responsive and attentive. Xtra nice touch to welcome us with snacks and tea. We really enjoyed ourselves in Sequim, you must visit the Native Art Gallery on the reservation and ocean side hikes.

We visit the OP a few times a year and have stayed in all sorts of homes and hotels, but Brooke & Pam’s place is going to be a new go-to! Stunning lakefront property with a ton of privacy—we spent most of our downtime in the hot tub. The cabin itself was extremely cozy. Rustic, but beautifully kept and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, too. Perfect spot for a long couple’s weekend! Will definitely stay again.

I took my daughter and 3 of her friends for a birthday celebration and they enjoyed the swimming hole and sauna. It was a great sleeping set up for them. And with being so remote, it truly felt like a far away adventure. Being from salt spring, we are more prepared for rustic. For anyone that’s not as used to rustic, then it might be a bit of an adjustment. The view is gorgeous. And we had a great time. Great chats with Roman as well. Thanks!

The cabin in the woods is a magical place in a heavenly location. Peaceful, surrounded by nature and cosy with a wood burner. We were glad it was a dry evening as the kitchen and bathroom are across the courtyard. We saw deer and quail wandering around very close. Loved staying here on day two our bike ride down the Pacific Coast Highway.
