There is also a futon w/ a nice mattress in kitchenette area. We have a fully stocked kitchenette w/ Keurig, pots & pans, grill w/ cooktop, etc. An outdoor shower to wash off all the fun, along w/ an outdoor bathroom. It is located on a 5 acre gated property completely fenced in.
