Right on the main body of Lake Blackshear in Cordele, Ga., it has a spacious dock & large gathering spaces. There is a main house & a guest house (Backyard Cottage at the Lake). You may rent one or both of the houses. Parking, patio, dock, etc. may be shared. This listing is for the main house. Approximately 10 miles off I-75 & 7 minutes by car to Georgia Veteran’s State Park.

Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). It is DUCK/DEER HUNTING SEASON, so please be aware you may hear gunshots on weekend mornings.
