BeachHouse Villa - That home feeling at the beach

A villa with a wide garden and swiming-pool. In a quiet and reserved area surrounded by nature. Only a ten minute walk from the Lagoa de Albufeira beach and not too far from the famous Meco Beach. It is the right location for those who are brave enough to defy the waves of the sea or enjoy the peacefulness of the lagoon next to the ocean. The garden and building were remodelled in January 2020. The home and surroundings are appropriate for families with children. All access to the property except for garage and engineering room. We are available for you every day between 9:00 and 21:00 (GMT). The Lagoa de Albufeira beach is a reference natural treasure in the Lisbon metropolitan area. It is a peaceful environment, where the beach and the forest meet. The neighbourhood has a number of green areas with playgrounds. The roads are wide and well maintained. There is a bicycle lane all the way to the beach front. On the beach, you will find bars and restaurants, which are a great spot for lunch, during the hottest sun hours or to help you cool down as you enjoy the sunset as you taste the rich flavours of fresh fish caught by local fishermen in Sesimbra. Nearby, at the Alfarim village, you can access fuel pumps, pharmacies, mini-markets, convenience stores and a local fresh food market. Moving around in the neighbourhood can be done on foot, bike or car to have access to other tourist attractions and local businesses.

Lagoa de Albufeira is located only 40 mins from Lisbon, and 45 mins from Lisbon airport.

Após muita luta, conseguiu-se transformar este paraíso. A dois passos da Lagoa de Albufeira, são mesmo dois passos. A 500mts da praia mar Lagoa, junto ás praias do Meco e Sesimbra. A 30 minutos de Lisboa. Pode desfrutar de uma vista fantástica quer de dia, quer á noite. Tendo também a possibilidade de praticar desportos naúticos. Temos a possibilidade de aluguer de paddle.
