Laganas: appartamenti vacanze

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, consiglio vivamente a tutte le persone che volessero venire in questa bella isola di soggiornare nell’ appartamento di Evelyn e George. La posizione è comodissima per raggiungere Zakinthos e vari punti strategici in macchina, e allo stesso tempo isolata da qualsiasi tipo di rumore che non sia quello della natura circostante. La casa in sè è fedelissima alle fotografie che trovate nell’ annuncio. La pulizia impeccabile effettuata ogni tre giorni da una signora che devo ringraziare ancora per il lavoro svolto. Evelyn, che ho avuto il piacere di conoscere è stata una ospitante cortese e puntuale oltre che una donna con un fascino fermo nel tempo.

Wir hatten eine sehr tolle Unterkunft in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Lediglich die Liegen am Pool waren etwas enttäuschend. Abgebildet waren schicke Holzliegen, vorhanden waren jedoch Metalrahmenmatten mit Netzten wie man Sie überall am Strand vorfindet. Schade aber damit kamen wir problemlos zurecht. Der Pool war mega Klasse und wurde immer gepflegt und gereinigt. Es war einfach nur schön in vollkommener Ruhe am Pool zu liegen und sich bei den enorm heissen Temperaturen zu erfrischen. Keine Touristen, keine "reservierten" liegen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Laganas ist ein Paar Autominuten entfern. Alles ist gut Erreichbar, Supermärkte, Apotheken, Ärzte etc. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Der Gastgeber Vasilis war immer erreichbar und hat sich um wirklich alles gekümmert, wenn was anlag oder wir wünsche hatten. Sehr cooler und herzlicher Mensch. Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen! Het verblijf was geweldig! Iedere dag werd onze kamer schoongemaakt, de schoonmaaksters waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam dank hiervoor! Het zwembad was heerlijk en de omgeving was rustig! Auto is dus wel aan te raden. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad dank jullie wel!

The apartment was superb; spotlessly clean, fresh, modern and incredibly well equipped – definitely the best place we’ve ever stopped at in Kalamaki. Our hosts were readily available and made us welcome from the moment we arrived. The snacks and bottle of wine were a particularly lovely touch. Every day the apartment was serviced with fresh towels etc. The location is great for the restaurants and bars of Kalamaki, yet it is actually quiet and peaceful inside. The beach is 15 minutes’ walk away and the pool at Vanessa’s Hotel next door is great and available if you use their bar/cafeteria. Our favourite restaurant; Heavens Kitchen and bar; Venue Bar were a few minutes’ walk away, but there are others much closer too. We’ve never been disappointed with any of them - try them all! We’ll definitely be back and hopefully we will bring some more of the family and take more than one of the apartments next time. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely time in Alykanas. The airbnb is beautiful, large, and both bedrooms and the terrace have sea view. The sea is a beautiful blue and the area was quiet. The hosts were easy to reach out to when needed but also respectful of our privacy. They and made us feel at home. They arranged a taxi for us, took us shopping the first day when we didn't have a car, and gave us a small tour of the surroundings. They also have us numbers for tours and to rent a car, which went smooth. We got a sweet handmade present at the end of our stay. Recommended!

It’s an unforgettable time in Zakynthos, Myreen is a very nice host, she gives us lots of tips, reply very quickly when we message her. It’s a wonderful place for tourists, modern kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, two baths room which very convenient to a big family, and what the children like best is the lusury swimming pool, they have lots of wonderful time there, they will keep this beautiful memories for their whole life. Thanks a lot!

The flat was very well decorated and spacious. It's located right in the center of town near everything. The wifi worked well in the apartment, but it didn't reach the patio, which was a disappointment. Communication was easy.

Schöne Unterkunft mit einem großem Balkon und einem Meerblick. In 5 min erreicht man die Restaurants, Bars und den Strand. Die Gastgeberin Denia und das Personal sind sehr nett.

Staying with Rania was amazing! Rania is a fantastic host. She gave us recommendations and helped us find out about an excursion we wanted to go on. The apartment was lovely and clean. While we could hear the stairway noise another review mentioned, we expected that with an apartment and it wasn’t too bad at all!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt bei Annamaria. Das Highlight war natürlich der Sonnenaufgang, den man quasi direkt aus dem Bett oder vom Balkon über dem Meer beobachten kann! In nicht einmal einer Minute ist man direkt am Strand, dort gibt es mehr als genug Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man kann natürlich direkt ins Meer springen. Annamaria war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns nicht nur schnell und hilfsbereit mit Tipps und beispielsweise Angeboten von Mietwägen unterstützt hat, sondern ist auch eine warmherzige und sehr angenehme Gesprächspartnerin. Wir kommen liebend gerne wieder in ihre Unterkunft.

A perfect place to explore and enjoy the City of Zakynthos. If you come by car, in morning or late night you will find parking spot just 2 min on foot distance. There is no elevator in the place, so mind not to carry very large luggage with you. Place is perfect for a couple! Katerina is super responsive, she replies almost instantly in the chat.

War alles super. Wohnung wie auf den Bildern. Auf der Terrasse scheint Nachmittags die Sonne. Restaurants und Mini-Märkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Gegenüber der Staße ist gleich ein Meerzugang mit Beachclub. Ansonsten sind weiter Strände auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich würde trotzdem ein Mietwagen empfehlen. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind gegenüber der Wohnung.

I totally enjoyed my stay at Annamaria's! She was going out of her way to explain everything to me and I very soon felt at home. The location is perfect, everything you need around the corner, I especially liked Brusco for coffee and Sea Blue for fresh fish, which are 1 min away, just like the beach. At daytime you can hear Brusco's music on the balcony, which was good and at night you can fall asleep with the sound of the waves and then watch the sunrise in the morning :) Only thing, there was no bath as written on the Airbnb despription but therefore the shower comes with a sea view. And I'd recommend that if you need to contact Annamaria, use the phone number she provides, not the Airbnb app, as she can't check this when she is out and about. Annamaria is a lovely person, very caring, and she even gave me a lift after checkout. Thank you Annamaria, I'd definitely stay again!

It's a good apartment with a good views of Zakinthos town. Good price quality. The owner is very kind!

Absolutely fabulous Decoration and furniture bright and luxurious Beds were comfy and placed in an ideal place for everything going on I will definitely recommend to book I will be back next year and will be recommending to friends and family Thank you

We decide on this Airbnb last minute and it was the best decision we made on the island. The place was peaceful, relaxing, and private while still being walking distance from beautiful batches and authentic Greek cuisine. The host was more than responsive and catered to our every request. I can’t recommend this place enough. Worth every penny. Just pay the money !! We will be back.

Siamo stati benissimo: appartamento molto grande, comodo, pulito e dotato di tutto. Dalle vetrate si gode una bellissima vista mare. Zona tranquilla e vicina alla spiaggia di Alykes. Da lì ci siamo spostati agevolmente per visitare tutta l’isola. Dimitris è stato davvero sempre estremamente disponibile e attento alle nostre necessità, la mamma ci ha fatto provare alcuni dolci tipici fatti da lei per noi e davvero ottimi. Lo consigliamo a tutti quelli che desiderano stare BENE a Zante e godersi la vacanza!

Absolutely stunning location, perfect early October out of season for a relaxing break, great temperatures. Location overlooking bay is stunning and room cleaned daily and perfect for up to 6 people.

Diese Unterkunft ist insofern zu empfehlen, wenn man privat nahe am Strand sein und in der nächstgelegenen Laganas Road das Nachtleben erforschen möchte (-Hotspot besonders für junge Menschen zum Feiern). Ideal für vier Personen, wobei es nur ein Schlafzimmer mit Tür gibt, das andere Doppelbett steht im oberen Stock frei (Mansarde mit Meerblick, herrlich!). Wir waren in der Nachsaison Mitte September dort, das war super! Die große Terrasse ist sehr angenehm, auch der Whirlpool mit diversen Funktionen (Massagestrahl etc.), eine große Sitzbank und zwei Sonnenliegen. Das unter der Terrasse befindliche Restaurant spielt zwar den ganzen Tag Musik, diese war jedoch geschmackvoll und nicht zu laut (relaxed music). Und wichtig bei hohen Temperaturen: die Klimaanlagen im Haus funktionierten einwandfrei. Last but not least, Fotis‘ Frau ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und entgegenkommend, sie hat alles gecheckt. Go for it, Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!

I would 100% recommend Marea‘s suites, it is super cozy and quiet. The sea view is beautiful! So if you want to have a relaxing holiday with heaps of food and activity options available only 5min by car away in St.Nicholas and the surroundings then it’s the place for you. Not so much for a party holiday though because it’s quite a big walk uphill to get back and St.Nicholas more relaxed Bars/Taverns. Everything was clean and tidy when I arrived :)

Romina war eine super Gastgeberin & war immer hilfsbereit bei Fragen rund um den Aufenthalt und die Insel. Außerdem hatte sie uns geholfen eine Quad zu organisieren, womit wir super die Insel erklungen konnten. Das Airbnb war perfekt für 5 Tage und ich würde es jedem weiter empfehlen!
