Spacious and secure 4 bedroom/3 bath home that has been setup to sleep a large group comfortably. Bring your ATV's as you can ride them from the property directly to the trails, no trailering required! Minutes to Royal Blue and Tackett Creek trail heads and Lake Norris boat ramp. Stop at the gas station to fill up and grab snacks and ice, have breakfast at the Diner, and then head to the trails. After a days ride stop for dinner in town. We have beautiful views of the mountains and of Norris Lake from outside your cabin. We are a Private 140-acre working hay farm surrounded by an additional 260 acres of forest with over 10 miles of trails for your enjoyment. The Lake is a short hike from your door and is great for fishing, boating, water skiing, hiking, wildlife, camping, and picnicking.

Relax and unwind at our private, serene getaway located minutes to Norris Lake and near many recreational trails leading to Royal Blue. The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

We have a kayak, paddle board, and floating mat for your enjoyment, as well as a 2022 Harris Tritoon available for rent. Additionally, Deerfield Resorts has a golf coarse, pool, playground, volleyball and tennis court, and restaurant located in the marina.
