This was a great spot for our family of three, such a warm environment with a well-stocked kitchen. The area is very walkable to City Park and coffee shops. Billy is responsive, and he went the extra mile for us when we requested sheets and towels be washed with free and clear laundry soap. We will definitely stay again when we return to Denver.

Simone’s place is a restful retreat in a wonderful neighborhood. It was exactly as described. Well appointed, very clean -a quiet place to stay within city limits. We loved everything about it don’t hesitate to book Simone’s place. I will definitely return to this lovely home away from home on future visits to Denver. Great location between visiting national parks and downtown Denver. Very clean and near amenities. Older neighborhood and peaceful. Open space behind the home for walking.

El alojamiento cumple con lo que se establece, además, las instrucciones que nos dio John fueron de mucha utilidad. El tiempo de respuesta era rápido e incluso nos resolvía las dudas que nos surgieron sobre tu estancia. La ubicación está en una zona muy tranquila lo que permite poder tener un descanso sobre las noches, además pudimos observar algunos animales como ardillas y conejos alrededor de la casa.

The location was perfect. It was away from downtown or college area, so outside was quiet. A couple people, not the owner, live upstairs and their footsteps were bit noisy sometimes. Walking distance to an amazing walk around a small lake and view of hills with paragliders. Jean respond to questions very fast and she was very nice. I highly recommend staying her place!

Our stay was amazing! The place was exactly as the pictures shows. The interior and atmosphere makes us not want to leave the place and just stay the whole day. Thanks for being such a nice and attentive host, Todd!

Very friendly hosts. Was nicely decorated and had all amenities as described. Digital lock on outside door and entry to the AirBNB is from inside their home. But we had no problem with it. Off street parking in their driveway. Nice location near the main shopping & restaurant area of town. We would stay there again.

Definitely worth staying there when visiting Colorado I’ll definitely try to book it again

Was in Denver to help my son recover from knee surgery. Jack’s place was the right size, clean, and comfortable. It’s near stores, restaurants, and other amenities. Jack provided timely communication. Would certainly stay again next time I’m in town.

We had to make a last minute reservation for family members that came to town to visit an extremely ill beloved family member. Kindra came through and provided that space. She was gracious, responsive, and eager to help. We were extremely appreciative. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay at Maria's place! It is located right across the street from Sloan's Lake, so every day we took a long walk around the lake to start our day! The location is also close to restaurants and stores that we walked to and since we did not have a car. The Airbnb itself was really clean and nicely decorated! The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. And it had everything we could have needed for a long weekend. There is also a common area patio that we really enjoyed as well. There was great communication with Maria and her husband throughout our stay! They were very responsive right away to any questions we had. We would highly recommend Maria's place and would absolutely stay here again!

Kendal was a great host. very helpful and responsive. The place was just as advertised. loved taking morning walks on the beautiful trails right outside the door.

Susan was a gracious and responsive host who made us feel right at home on her beautiful property! The views as incredible, it is quiet and peaceful, and we loved being able to see life on the farm!
