“Shells” is a well-presented self-catering holiday apartment, tastefully decorated and ideally situated just off the seafront, a minute’s easy walk to the sea and to the town centre. The apartment offers an airy lounge, a separate bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, shower room and a fully-equipped separate kitchen. Please see "other details" regarding the car parking permit at Manor Road. Please note: As of 13.05.25 - the lift is not working to the 1st floor where the flat is located.

The Admiral’s Quarters is a private garden apartment with stunning river & sea views, only a short, two-minute walk from the heart of Dartmouth. A luxurious, rustic haven away from it all. The luxury bits: French linen bedding, robes, soft towels & toiletries, woodburner, a good book, no street lights..You might just sleep better than you have in years. The rustic bits: There's hot water & a large sink in the bathroom- & kitchen- & a hot outdoor shower at the back of the cabin running off gas & hose, which according to the reviews, is rather a favourite! In the winter the cabin is heated by the woodburner, or a portable gas fire.

It has been lovingly refurbished and equipped to offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Over 100 years old but a modernised and fresh cottage comfortable for couples or family groups of up to 7 (+baby). Free wifi, dvd player, freesat, mp3 player. Well equipped kitchen, dining room and cosy lounge, 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, cloakroom a true home from home. For younger visitors a pleasant play park, cinema and indoor swimming pool are a stones throw away.
