This 600 square foot, 1 bedroom laneway home feels much larger, featuring 13 foot ceilings with clerestory windows bringing in a ton of natural light. Quartz counters, Carrara marble backsplash, distressed strand-woven bamboo flooring and mid-century modern furniture give the space a gallery-like feel. In-floor heating throughout adds a cozy touch throughout the winter. An enclosed, private patio is the perfect place for a spring/summer evening nightcap. The entire space is yours to enjoy. We live close by so are available for anything our guests might need - transit directions, restaurant recommendations, sight-seeing suggestions, etc. The guest home is in Central Lonsdale, one of the friendliest areas of North Vancouver. It has a quiet neighborhood feel, but is just 3 blocks from groceries, cafes, shops, a gas station, and restaurants. There is a parking space available on the property and a lot of street parking available. Parking is never an issue. Our location is extremely central to transit with a bus stop around the corner, 3 blocks to Lonsdale and all amenities, short walk (15-20 min) to sea bus offering access to downtown Vancouver. 20 minutes via bus to downtown Vancouver. 3 minutes to Highway 1, 10 minutes to Grouse Mountain and less than an hour and a half to Whistler.

Spacious and private 1500 sq ft 3 bedroom/1.5 bathroom first floor apartment, backing on to the beautiful Delta Nature Reserve. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen. In the separate living room there is a work desk and windows which offer views of the forest. 20 minutes from the airport. Easy access to highway 91 north to Vancouver and south to White Rock and the US border. Centrally located in the GVRD. This is a family home and the hosts live upstairs. It is not suitable for parties.

This 2-bedroom guest suite in our 1915 heritage home is surrounded by beautiful gardens. The suite is 1/2 below ground, has a private entrance and is walking distance to historic Ladner Village with convenient access to transit. The bedrooms have a queen sized bed and all cleansers and detergents used are natural, biodegradable, and scent-free. The living space has a desk, TV, and comfortable seating. We're between the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal and YVR and 25 km south of downtown Vancouver.
