Nestled in the charming village of Peleta, Heritage House is a beautifully preserved two-storey stone building with a history dating back to 1903. The upper floor, renovated in 2003 blends modern comforts with the home's original character, offering a cozy space for our guests. Perfect for remote work or an extended, peaceful escape from city, Heritage House provides an ideal base for exploring the stunning Parnonas mountain range, whether in the warmth of summer or the crisp winter months.

Rafaela 2 floor Suite

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil 2 floor mini maisonette, located in a 200 year old building. We have repurposed and refurbished what used to be the storage rooms of the building into a modern and spacious 2 floor suite connected by a Maniot architectural feature called a Katarraktis, a narrow staircase cut into the stone walls. The bedroom is on the 1st floor and the bathroom is on the ground floor. The suite features a balcony with sea view and a huge bathroom with walk-in shower.

Das Eckhaus liegt abseits des Örtchens Poulithra, Arkadien, ohne Durchgangsverkehr und ist 60 Meter Fussweg vom wunderschönen Strand der Agios Georgios Bucht entfernt. Jedes Haus verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang. Die Häuser liegen mitten in der Natur umgeben von alten Olivenbäumen auf einem grossen Grundstück. Die Meersicht ist spektakulär. My Traditional Stone-built Mansion in Karyes was originally built in 1902 by my grandfather.Τhe whole building was renovated from scrath by my family, but with us keeping all the old stone walls that my grandfather put together. The original marble stone carved from the craftsmen in 1902, still decorates the front porch and within its 4,000 square meters garden, it will be a delightful experience for you and your friends to sit back, relax & enjoy your recriational days in the mountains.

Vous pourrez fréquenter de nombreuses tavernes à Léonidio, au port Plaka et dans les villages environnants.

The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.

Our house is a spacious old Mansion in the heart of Spetses, with a large yard in a quiet spot. It's only 6 minutes walking distance from town center and the port of the island! Bouboulina's historical Museum is 50 metres distance. You can easily get to the beach in 3 minutes walk, as well as to the bus station! It is furnished with original antiques, it's full of light and traditional spirit! It can easily accomodate families and big groups in its large rooms.

Το σπίτι απέχει 10km από την Ελιά με τις πανέμορφες παραλίες, 25km από την Μονεμβάσια και 45km από το πανέμορφο και γραφικό Κυπαρίσσι. Βρισκόμαστε μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο των Μολάων. Οι Μολάοι είναι πολύ καλή επιλογή για όποιον θέλει να εξερευνήσει την Λακωνία.
