The 2 acre property is edged by the Rancocas Creek so bring your fishing pole or Kayak. If your lucky you may see an Eagle soaring high above the nearby hiking trail. The Cottage is a charming 1 bedroom w/full kitchen, sofa bed & private courtyard w/plunge pool.

Mullica River Cottage's Bluebird Cottage is located in the heart of the NJ Pine Barrens in the quaint village of Sweetwater. This quaint and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

The home was created for that perfect couples getaway with it large comfy king bed on adjustable frame which looks one to barnyard doors. They open to an elegant chandelier lite soaking tub complete with the bubbles . On the his and her vanities you will find robes and towels for your use as well as other soaps and sundries ( robes are available for purchase). Of course there is also a shower and washer and dryer . Your 4 legged family are complementary but limited to 2 max 50lbs

This cozy beach house is in prime location. It is a block from the beach and boardwalk. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. The jitney to Atlantic City is walking distance as well. We have 2 beach chairs and 4 beach tags available. Luxurious studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with large claw foot tub, and luscious bedding. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
