Wild Bill's Cabin in the Woods

This cabin was built in memory of my father William Fleming who was fondly known as Wild Bill & he well earned that nick name. As you walk into our cabin you will feel cool when it is hot & warm when it is cold due to the new environmental construction & our wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped & will have everything you need to enjoy your stay. We provide everything you need except for your food. There is a BBQ on our covered deck overlooking our natural treed ravine & creek.

Large kitchen with all the appliances to prepare meals, dining room, living room, Master bedroom with 5 pc bath and one bedroom, main bath and laundry room on main floor. 2 bedrooms, bathroom and 2 futons in the loft. Large covered deck with barbecue kitchen and gazebos in back of house. Views of the lake from most windows. Walking distance to stores, park, beach. Boat launch available along with Paddle boat rentals. Private basement suite is occupied.

A charming mix of vintage 80s and ocean front inspired white washed walls. 2 bedrooms and a living room with pull out couch. There is also a very cute boathouse that we converted in to a bedroom. Most time is spent outdoors with some of the best ice fishing, snowmobiling, boating, quading, hiking, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing that Alberta has to offer. Soak in a 6 man hot tub overlooking the lake and it’s beautiful beautiful islands after snowmobiling the vast set of scenic trails.

Accommodations for the family at this peaceful cottage. This cottage is within easy walking distance of the lake, public boat launch, dock and picnic area with firepit (Klondike Park). Lac La Nonne is a popular fishing destination in the winter as well as summer, offering pike, perch, and walleye. Many types of waterfowl make this area home. A great lake for boating, canoeing, and kayaking with lots of shoreline and features. 20 min drive to Barrhead. 40 mins to Westlock, or Onoway.
