bel appartement en plein cœur d Aix en Provence. proche à pieds de tous les services Florence est très accueillante et prévenante attention car l appartement est dans un quartier très animé et bruillant (bars et boîte de nuit à côté), heureusement Florence prévoit des bouchons d oreille pour passer une bonne nuit

Hôte sympathique, logement très propre. Parking souterrain facile d’accès et d’une bonne largeur ce qui est rare en France. Immeuble récent. Tout était parfait

Großartige Unterkunft! Tolle, zentrale Lage, wunderschöne Wohnung mit allem, was nötig ist. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in Penelopes Wohnung und haben unseren Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen!

Madame Annie Laty ist super sympa! Sie war auch sehr unkompliziert und kinderfreundlich. Sie hat uns sehr familiär empfangen und war sehr gut erreichbar für Tips und Hilfe. Wir fühlten uns die ganze Zeit sehr wohl. Besser geht es nicht. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen mit einem wunderschön gepflegten Garten. Der Pool-Bereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Lage ist toll, ruhig und doch nahe zu allem; auch zum Meer fährt man nur 40 Minuten. Wir freuen uns, Frau Latys Haus in Zukunft wieder mal zu besuchen.

Nous recherchions un havre de paix pour passer le weekend entre amis, la villa était parfaite pour ça ! Entourée de nature et parfaitement équipée, nous avons passé un super weekend. Magdeleine est au top, accueillante et très flexible. Merci pour tout

La villa est une pépite à 5min à pieds du centre ville d'Aix, conforme à la description et aux photos. Les places de parking disponibles sont un gros atout pour une location à plusieurs avec véhicules. L'accueil avec Emma de la conciergerie a été super: amicale, réactive et flexible, ce qui a été très appréciable. Nous reviendrons très certainement !

Nous avons été très bien accueillies. Les informations communiquées avant notre arrivée sont claires et rassurantes. L'environnement est propice au repos et le logement tout à fait conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Nous avons aimé le calme, l'espace, la piscine et l'accueil réservé par nos hôtes qui ont fait preuve de disponibilité et d'attentions.

Wir waren das zweite Mal zur Gast und haben es wieder in vollen Zügen genossen. Magali ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin und sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und auch perfekt für Familien geeignet. Es gibt eine tolle Ausstattung für Kinder. Wippe, Schaukel, Mikado, Fußbälle, Spiele und vieles mehr. Wir hatten leider zwei Tage Regenwetter, aber konnten es uns vor dem Kamin oder im Jacuzzi herrlich gemütlich machen. Auch die Kinder hatten ausreichend Platz unter der riesigen überdachten Terrasse zu spielen. Wir können die Unterkunft zur 100 % empfehlen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es tolle Wanderungen und provenzialische Dörfer zu bewundern.

Excellent séjour entre amis, la maison est mieux que sur les photo. Très bel endroit où passer un week end ou des vacances au calme dans un environnement plein de verdure. À refaire sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans le logement de Andy, et c’était vraiment chouette! Un petit studio trop mignon, très bien pensé avec tout ce qu’il faut. L’endroit est vraiment beau et reposant! De plus, la communication avec Andy a toujours été fluide: il est très réactif! Merci pour l’accueil :)

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und reagierten schnell auf unsere Anliegen. Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Es ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die zahlreichen Tipps.

We had a wonderful stay in Shaun and Eric's apartment. It was spotless and free of clutter. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the appliances are top-notch. Although there are only two air conditioning units (one in the living room/kitchen area and the other in the hallway leading to the back bedrooms, the air conditioning is effective to cool all the rooms. It was quite hot while we were there and we occasionally used one of the three fans as a supplement to the AC, but never felt uncomfortable for a moment. Shaun and Eric were incredibly responsive when we had a problem with one of the showers. They had a plumber out immediately and within hours he had installed a new set of faucets and we were back in business. We've spent several weeks in Aix at two other apartments and like this location the best. It is close to the outdoor markets and to the Cours Mirabeau yet it is very quiet. We couldn't have been happier. This was our second stay here and will not be our last.

Logement agréable, propre, calme, confortable. Mention spéciale pour les propriétaires très réactifs, gentils, et qui ont rendu mon arrivée et mon séjour formidables. Évidemment, la voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer. Je reviendrai c’est sûr!!

A great apartment, comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Etienne was helpful, gave us a lot of information at checkin and made sure we had everything we needed. There is a beautiful forest walk a couple of minutes away. Highly recommend this apartment!

We requested for an early check-in and the host was very prompt to let us know when the apartment was ready. The apartment was very clean and had a full functioning kitchen. There is also a very nice outdoor area right outside the apartment where you can enjoy a meal or two. There is a lift which is great for those that have big luggage.

En mycket trevlig inredd och bekväm lägenhet med ett underbart läge. Värden både sympatisk och hjälpsam. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Eliette malgré la météo maussade lors de notre arrivée. Eliette est au petits soins pour vous apporter du confort ! Nous avons pu profiter des extérieurs (piscine, jaccuzzi) qu’elle propose avec la compagnie de Nash 🐕 qui est adorable. Encore merci pour cette agréable parenthèse entre amies, nous reviendrons les yeux fermés !

Fidèle à sa description, l'appartement d'Adeline est parfait et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans ce magnifique logement. Il offre une très belle vue sur la nature et les montagnes. Accessible facilement de la gare routière également à pied, c'est agréable d'y accéder rapidement. Très confortable, nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir à nous poser chez Adeline durant notre week-end sportif.
