Située à 1h du Futuroscope et 30 min des parcs de la Brenne, notre maison saura vous apporter la détente et le calme que vous recherchez tout en alliant confort et espace pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Nous avons rénové cette ancienne grange sur 2 niveaux en y apportant une touche contemporaine toute en gardant le charme de l’ancien. La piscine (6x12m) est chauffée de juin à septembre selon les températures ext. et dispose d'un pool house totalement équipé (cuisine,douche, wc)

Traditional spacious house in pretty village

Relax in this charming and spacious house with south facing sun terrace. This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Village house with garden

Located in the center of the village, the house has been recently renovated. It is spacious (around 1100 sq f on 2 levels). On the ground floor you have a big living and dining room , a separated kitchen, and a toilet. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. In the bathroom you have a large shower and a double sink, and another toilet. Our own house is right here on the same land so you may see us in the garden. We have set up a space just for you with table and chairs and some long chairs.

Nestled in the park of the castle of Isle, the cottage of Isle en Brenne in a bucolic setting, has a large living space. A bay window opens onto a charming courtyard where to share outdoors, but sheltered from the sun and small showers, good convivial moments. Domaine la Boulinière - Le Sanglier

Le Sanglier is een apart gelegen 2 tot 10 persoons vakantiehuis. Van binnenuit is er een doorgang naar het zonnige terras en verwarmde privė buitenzwembad. Aan de achtertuin ligt een schaduwrijk terras met speeltoestel voor de kleintjes. Het is heerlijk bijkletsen op de grote loungebank voor de houtkachel terwijl er in de moderne keuken lekker gekookt kan worden. Ook met een groter gezelschap voel je je hier direct thuis.

La maison Carré - romantisch huis aan rivier, 2p

Het voormalige veerhuis werd volledig gerestaureerd en verbouwd tot vakantiehuis voor 2 personen, sinds juli 2022. Schitterende setting naast de rivier, l' Anglin, met zicht op de brug, het château en het dorp Angles-sur-l'Anglin. Het huis heeft een eigen tuin en er is een privé-strand op het domein. De barque ligt klaar op de rivier, heerlijk zwemmen voor de deur of verderop aan de Moulin de Remerle of de Moulin du Pré.
