We can accommodate up to one child (sofa bed in sitting area). The accommodation is completely private to the main house. The room has a mezzanine level with a double bed. On the bottom level is a small sitting area and a bathroom with Power-shower. We are on the most regular bus route so it is very easy to get around. Parking is available.

The open-plan kitchen and living area is on the lower level with views across a quiet residential lane towards fields where you’ll often see Jersey cows grazing.

One bedroom flat in rural Trinity near Bouley Bay.

We retired recently and have a one bedroom self contained flat in our house with separate access up some outside stairs. The bedroom has a superking size bed which can be made into twin beds, dressing table, built in wardrobes and cupboard space. The bathroom has a walk in shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is in an open plan lounge with dining table and TV. There is a Nespresso coffee machine. Guests will have access to a gas BBQ and seating area outside.

We are on the coast in the parish of St Clement and have private beach access from our property. There is a bus stop at the end of our drive and the buses run throughout the day and until late. There is a Coop supermarket two doors away. Coastal and rockpool rambles on your doorstep and easy access to the country lanes too.
