Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht auf die Bergen. Sehr ruhige Lage. 20min Autofahrt von Bergün entfernt- 30min von Davos.

Io e la mia compagna siamo state nella splendida casa malenca 2 di Katia per 4 giorni e l'abbiamo adorata! perfetta per una coppia, ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa! La vicinanza alle piste da sci è ottimale come anche al paese e al centro. Vicino ci sono piccoli alimentari e ristoranti eccellenti, la posizione è perfetta! Ultimo, ma non meno importante, Katia è stata un host eccezionale sempre disponibile e gentile nel rispondere alle nostre domande e necessitá! Tornemo sicuramente, a presto! Camilla e Annabella

Perfekte Location um sich zentral bewegen zu können, alles ist zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus daneben zu erreichen. Alles wurde perfekt und einfach beschrieben. Wir konnten die Woche super geniessen!

Cosy and clean apartment perfectly located, the bus stop is just across the street and the valley run ends 50 meters away. Sauna comes with a charge of 30 CHF but pool access is included. Very helpful and communicative host.

The place was lovely and in a beautiful location. Anna and Elisabetta was really quick in responding and friendly. The place is so calm - it was a really peaceful holiday. The place is next to a cafe, to the lake, pharmacy, supermarket, hairdressers, laundrette, what more do you want? Going to miss waking up to this view!

We don’t have words to describe our stay here. This was everything we needed and more. The apartment was pristine with everything you need. The host was friendly, kind and incredibly helpful. She left us a welcome gift which we enjoyed! She even called us taxis when we were less confident talking on the phone. The instructions to find the apartment, check in and out were so clear in some videos. Everything was so easy and felt like nothing was too much trouble. The views of the lake are out of this world and we spent one of our days just sitting on the terrace! We had some problems with flights and asked if we could arrive early. We were lucky as there was availability but again nothing was too much trouble. We will 100% be coming back and staying here again. It was simply fabulous. Thank you - what a host!! ♥️

Perfect little apartment for a ski holiday in Livigno. Short walk to the bottom of the slopes. Comfortable and clean and looks exactly like the photos just maybe a little smaller.

The place is beautiful with an unforgettable view of the lake. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We went for a couples vacation with two other friends and it was perfect. I do recommend renting a car since it is place quite high up on the mountain (for the view) and it is quite the hike by foot.

Ottimo alloggio, molto pulito e con tutto l'occorrente. Molto curato nei minimi dettagli. Consigliatissimo per una vacanza rilassante ma allora stesso tempo comoda per visitare il lago di Como!!

Lieu idyllique qui domine le lac de Côme. Maison super confort et parfaitement équipée. Calme, tranquillité, bain de soleil en toute intimité, terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle sur le lac. Une maison aménagée avec amour et bcp de goût. Maria est une personne disponible, sympathique et son empathie avec ses locataires en fait une parfaite hôtesse. Byli jsme ubytováni s kamarády na zimní dovolenou. Skvělé umístění apartmánu a možnost využít skibus do lyžařského centra. Prostředí klidné a oceňuji skvělou čistotu. Perfektní komunikace od Mattia. Doporučuji!

very nice apartment, spacious and with wonderful view from the terrace and the garden, and lots of light in the rooms. Well equipped, with good washing machine and dishwasher, and a lot of cleaning equipment. A few details could improve (add a new frying pan, an extra kitchen rug and a waste bin in the bathroom), but we had all we needed for a great stay for a family of three. Beds were OK. The way to the building is narrow,only one car fits, but we never met any car coming the opposite way. A big plus of this place compared to others in Perledo is that it has its own garage and you don't have to use the public parkings along the road that may be full. This is important as you need a car, there is nothing at easy walking distance. hosts are kind and responsive. we had very good communication. we would be glad to come back!

La casetta di Silvia é incantevole, immersa nella natura e perfetta per rilassarsi! Da casa si può facilmente accedere a delle belle passeggiate, e il giardino completamente recintato è perfetto per chi, come noi, ha un cane! sicuramente ritorneremo!

Adoramos nosso final de semana! A casa é muito boa, espaçosa, confortavel vista maravilhosa dos quartos e sala, enorme varanda. Camas confortáveis, toalhas, lencois e travesseiros de qualidade. Os proprietários são muito gentis, nos deixaram a vontade. Cozinha bonita e equipada, banheiros bons. Casa pitoresca mas com interior moderno, super limpa e bem decorada. Grande área no quintal, lugar enorme para estacionar Enfim, perfeito!

Der Check-In war sehr einfach und wurde vom Gastgeber im Vorhinein sehr gut erklärt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hat genau der Beschreibung entsprochen. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, falls man nicht kochen möchte. Besonders empfehlen können wir das Frühstück unten im Hotel! 😊

Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause, es ist eine Wunderschöne Untrkunft und die Gastgeber waren beim Schreiben sehr freundlich

We stayed at this beautiful house while traveling through eastern Switzerland to visit works by Peter Zumthor, and the experience became one of the most memorable moments of our entire trip. Staying in a home designed by Rudolf Olgiati was truly extraordinary. The house exceeded all our expectations — it was not only beautifully and thoughtfully designed, but also impeccably maintained, giving us the warm feeling of being at home. Through the wide windows, we could clearly feel Olgiati’s architectural intention — the seamless connection between the interior space and the surrounding landscape. Simply being in this space made our stay deeply meaningful. The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming, and thanks to his thoughtful hospitality, we were able to feel relaxed and comfortable throughout our journey. This place is a true hidden gem, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who loves architecture or seeks a peaceful and inspiring stay.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Dervio mede dankzij het fijne appartement. Rustig en super schoon. Alles aanwezig, zodat ik òòk een avond lekker zelf heb gekookt.

Had a fantastic stay. Federica was easily contactable for additional requests and quick to respond. The location is excellent- right across from the lake and next to the piazza which is perfect for coffee and/ or spritz’ with a view! Short walk to catch a ferry/ supermarket. Highly recommend - would definitely stay here again!

Zeer ruim en rustig appartement op de 2e verdieping, met fraai uitzicht en fijne bedden. In de keuken is alles aanwezig, er was zelfs koffie en thee en er stond al drinken in de koelkast. Erg attent. Er was ook toiletpapier, diverse spelletjes en alles is heel schoon en netjes. Op de zolderverdieping woont een dame die je wel soms hoort rondlopen vanwege de krakende vloer, maar verder hoor je niets. De eigenaren (die zelf op de 1e etage wonen) zijn echt enorm vriendelijk! Wij komen hier heel graag nog eens terug.

Wir haben großartige 5 Nächte in Fionas Appartement verbracht und vergeben eine rundum 5-⭐️-Bewertung und ein extra Plus für die liebevolle Betreuung 🤗 Fiona war äußerst hilfsbereit und hat neben tollen Ausflugstips und Restaurantempfehlungen auch bei der Reservierung für die ersten beiden Tage geholfen. Die Villa Regina ist leicht zu finden und ideal in der „Mitte des Sees“ gelegen. Die Wohnung ist genau so schön, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Parkplatz mit der guten Zufahrtsmöglichkeit. Wer schon einmal am Lago di Como war, weiß wie wertvoll dieser ist. Supermärkte, eine Bäckerei und eine Gelateria sind in der Nähe. Für uns war es wichtig morgens eine kleine Runde mit dem Hund spazieren zu können, dafür ist die Lage optimal.
