There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Access to the beautiful Animas City River Trail is available thru a private gate behind the apartment. It's a fun 10-15-minute ride to downtown.

Vallecito Lake is directly across the street as well as the boat marina where you can rent a pontoon, kayak, paddle board, and more. The front porch offers beautiful views of the mountain and lake, and you can also enjoy the lakeside view from the dining table. Durango is about 25 minutes from Durango during the summer and about 35 to 40 min during the winter.

Two tiny off grid cabins with attached bath house and outdoor deck combined as complete rental unit. Each cabin is 200 square feet. One very comfortable bedroom and the other a kitchenette / living room. These modern cabins are self sustaining, off grid units. They utilize solar and battery backup for all the electrical needs. The bath house is entered from the deck and has an open layout sink, shower, toilet and instant hot water heater.
