We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

A fully equipped kitchen, including barware, allows for quiet dinners at home. 3 min. to PJ's Gourmet Market, Animas Wine & Spirits and Dalton Golf Club. 10 miles to Durango and 15 miles to Purgatory Ski Resort.

This adorable studio is located on 5 acres of the Animas River. Private river access is available for paddleboarding, fishing, and kayaking. With the spaciousness of being in the country, you are still less than 5 minutes from downtown. The Animas City Trail is accessible from the property through a locked gate behind the apartment.
