Location location location!!! Our Mountain Lodge style townhouse is located on the Animas River next to the River Trail. The heart of downtown is a 5 minute walk. Our 2300 sq ft home was built in 2008. The unit is upstairs and includes an elevator for access at the front door, a garage space with a 220 EV charging station, stairs up to the back of the unit, and on street parking. There are code locks on the doors. The home can sleep up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

SkiBreeze Purgatory

SkiBreeze Purgatory is located directly across from Purgatory Resort and is perfect for your vacation any time of year. Enjoy great views of Engineer Mountain and the ski slopes from either balcony or take a short walk to the beautiful community gazebo with space for outdoor dining as well as a fire pit and outdoor sitting area. The home is located near a stocked pond for fishing and kayaking in the summer, and the nordic center for cross country skiing in the winter.
